      @@thenicesmellinggentleman Thank you so much :-) Luckily he loves fragrances! I added a silver vanity tray to hold some of his bottles but we're going to need a dedicated shelf or closet soon because with mainly exploring Middle Eastern brands right now I have 3 to 8 times the buying power than when I purchased designer or niche brands and I am too curious for my own good 😂

    1:00 How sweet is this fragrance? I’m in the market for something smokey and woody

    • @thenicesmellinggentleman
      @thenicesmellinggentleman  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for commenting! It’s not overly sweet, but there is enough sweetness to balance out the smoky notes. It’s a really nice fragrance, I have been enjoying it a lot ever since I got it :)

      @@thenicesmellinggentleman That’s great to know! The sweet factor has been emphasized so much for me that it has made me rather hesitant to by this fragrance. Just recently stumbled upon a fragrance called Cabochard edp and I’m looking for something to layer it with as it is a little more bitter in scent

    What’s the daarej projection and longevity? Do mention the projection how loud ! And compliment factor!

    • @thenicesmellinggentleman
      @thenicesmellinggentleman  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, man! Daarej hasn’t been getting me many compliments to be honest, longevity wise I get about 8 hours, projection is solid for about hour and a half

      @@thenicesmellinggentleman by the way bro , I’m huge Lattafa Asad fan I love that DNA. Now I’m stuck in double mind which one to choose or perhaps which one is more similar to Lattafa Asad . 1) Ameer Al oud intense or 2) Lattafa Qaeed ?
      Or if you can tell me any other similar to Asad DNA !

      Hey, thanks! Really appreciate the kind words! You know, I love my designer frags, but with all the inflation nowadays designer stuff has shot up in price and I’m always looking for quality frags at a reasonable price:) Will keep doing it

    Thank you so much for the great review. My only ask is to please consider using the term "Arabic" instead of "Middle Eastern" to describe these fragrances. At the end of the day, they are specifically Arabic perfume houses and not middle eastern.

    • @thenicesmellinggentleman
      @thenicesmellinggentleman  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! ❤️ Note taken! I’ll try to use “Arabic” :) I’m always opened to feedback

      You have a lot of this comment to make on here, being that even the arabic folks call them middle easterner fragrances.

    • @thenicesmellinggentleman
      @thenicesmellinggentleman  ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe the right way is a mix of “middle eastern fragrances” and “Arabic fragrances” :)

    I've never found myself trying to force myself to use a fragrance and Lattafas original Raghba is the one that has forced me to do this.
    I completely dislike that fragrance

    • @thenicesmellinggentleman
      @thenicesmellinggentleman  ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, I see what you mean, but I have also found that sometimes you need to give a fragrance a second chance or even a third chance 😁 One such frag for me was Rochas Mustache. My first few wearings were not great, but now I have come to enjoy it a lot:)
