Team Liquid is probably number one in terms of contribution to the esports community. As a big fan of Starcraft 2, I can't imagine this game without them and how much they did for it. Truly amazing guys!
One of Team Liquids biggest impacts in esports has to be Liquipedia, it’s so helpful, and as someone who constantly writes on it for Smash, it’s so easy and useful!
I became a fan of liquid because of there valorant team in 2021 and I have to say with things like liquid + to discord servers to the streams there players produce it really is like a close knit family such good vibes I went from sort of supporting a team I liked to a full blown liquid fan! A great team, A great history and a great future ahead!
The first esport I watched was Pubg back in 2017 and that’s when I picked Liquid as my team. Since then I’ve gotten to enjoy their numerous victories in Pubg, Smash bros, rocket league, Rainbow 6 Seige and especially the incredible run of Liquid CSGO in 2019. It’s been too fun supporting this org, from the bottom of my heart “Let’s Go Liquid!”
liquid is the north american version of G2 imo. I feel like they feel like 2 big families where you can both participate in the actions of both the players and coaches and it gives me joy to know that my 2 favourite teams are so nice to be apart off compared to other orgs.
Another great episode. "The Story Of.." is really the reason I sub to this channel. Really hoping soon for an episode about Navi. Surprised that theScore esports still haven't released one yet, given the organization's history, reputation, and place in esports. I do believe it will be out in the future, and it's going to be a banger as always.
I was a Fnatic fan before being a Liquid fan but bro the way they built Liquid is really great. You’ll always feel like a fan of what they are building.
They don't have to be your sole or even primary team: But if you are an eSports fan then you should be a Liquid fan. They represent so much of what the scene should be.
As someone getting into esports recently, I am so grateful for these videos to learn more about the teams i'm watching. Thank you and keep up the amazing work!
I've been a fan and am still a fan from back when their LCS team had Matt as support. I'm really happy to see them at a great place right now as an organization.
One of the few orgs that feel like a family. Who have made history over the years. 100% of the BEST orgs of all time Just in CS Fastest Grand slam ever First PURE NA team to be number one in the world. Add on the rest of Esports. Liquid is just a amazing org
Hungrybox and Kuroky winning their respective tourneys makes this even more beautiful also... The fact liquipedia exists makes this org hard to hate totally different from that NA org y'know ehem... That org
I randomly got team liquids CEO Steve into my pubg squad a while back. The game went well, he was really chill and nice the whole time and we even got friends on steam and played some dota together. He seems like a genuine great guy, shortly after they won ti.
I had no idea that Hungrybox was part of liquid's sort of formation in esports, thought they had big teams before him too in multiple bigger games than Smash
Forgot to mention their Liquid Plus Site. A platform to reward hardcore fans and get to know them. Is an amazing strategy I haven't seen any other team do for their fans.
I am a new TL fan purely because of Bjergsen. I always respected Steve but when Bjerg decided to leave TSM I realized I was a bigger fan of him than TSM. So now I am learning the history of my new Org. I still cheer Leffen over HBox but love the Puff god too.
I was a TSM fan before became a Liquid fan when Doublelift left TSM and they added Xmithie then Jensen. I was happy when Jensen win his very first LCS trophy.
I am an Indian , childhood without a knowledge of gaming . But from 2020 i start playing mobile games . I never heard about overseas games like LOL, DOTA,STARCRAFT, WARCRAFT, STREET FIGHTERS, etc .. I just found out these pc games and about esport. I never knew about this team . But their story are interesting . I never play these games but these teams and legend gamers mention in this channel really catch my eyes.
No cap as an Overwatch fan and to be more exact an NYXL fan I would love for team liquid to buy ownership of that roster because to be frank they could do it better I think.
I'm not a fan of Liquid but I've been watching the team since HuK, Hero, Teaja in SC2 to TI and their top CSGO era. They are literally an important part of esport history.
As someone who peeked into esports through FaZe's black ops 3 team- and then fully got into it once an introduction montage of their FaZe csgo team was posted (the g2 buyout)- it's cool to see other orgs' stories as I thought they were sort of NPC teams that just grew through placings which led to higher funding and financial worth. Aside from FaZe, I thought OpTic were the only orgs that seemed to have a family-like connection with their fans which led to them growing over time. Im not really into the old esports games but it's cool to see how, even back then, the esports scene still grew and contributed to what it is today
I was a huge Curse fan in the LCS and then I stopped watching for 3 years. I came back and instantly found myself rooting for Liquid not even knowing they were Curse until 6 months later. Just destined to be a fan
I know it's off-topic and late, nonetheless where is a video about DOTA major and incredible OG's run? You've created great content about LoL, CS, Valorant but not DOTA.
Sadly, none of them are "DOTA guys" I know Dimitri follows the scene but he mainly covers FPS like CS and R6. It's sad that Dota doesn't get a lot of coverage in this channel especially this year where there is so much hype and drama from each region. OG winning the major with a bunch of youngsters and a retired Ceb, Tundra with their unorthodox drafts. NA Dota steadily growing with TSM entering the scene and a new team, Nouns currently on top. SA dota who performed very well in the last major. CIS with the VP/Pure drama and thei region's current DPC tour where 3 CIS giants (VP, Navi, Spirit) and 1 talented and upcoming team (BetBoom) are in a 4 way tie for the 3 major slots So much hype but rarely gets content from this page. Hope they can get someone to cover dota.
Just blabbering here. Could it be that Liquid offering part-owner status to their current legends is a response to Kuroky leaving and making his own team back on 2019? I have a feeling that may have a hand in it. I'd imagine that Kuroky would have a greater impact on the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) scene if he's still partnered with the Liquid org instead of Galaxy Racer.
If there is anything that TL has not reached that would be entering Asia and entering mobile esports. Hoping TL will one day enter Mobile Esports aside from Free Fire, games like PUBGM, CODM,, MLBB, Wild Rift, AOV/HOK would be big particularly in Asia
@@yxp_ yeah :( ive noticed the same with tf2 whenever its relevant (ex: story of seagull). they often miss opportunities to give mention to quake because they seem to just be clueless about it - like saying starcraft is the "granddaddy of esports". its still annoying though. they make an entire video about TL and focus on starcraft and melee and cs but no mention even of having arguably the greatest player of all time in the OG esport/fps godfather game, for over half a decade. i also find it weird that they focus more on bjergsen than doublelift for the LoL segment but ig thats because he's their current player so easy to get interviews from via TL but still seems really weird to me. bjerg is pretty irrelevant to TL's history but DL literally made their LoL team relevant and break records.

Liquid is European

Let's be honest, without Liquipedia & its community they build we wouldn't know a lot of Esports coverage history
"The Story of" are me favourites videos on this channel. That one was a blast!
The most iconic moment of team liquid is , they have won the TI 🥰🥰
Great video! Even tho its kinda sad that you didnt mention their PUBG Roster at all, they smashed the PUBG scene!
As someone getting into esports recently, I am so grateful for these videos to learn more about the teams i'm watching. Thank you and keep up the amazing work!

Team Liquid should totally sponsor the current chess World Champion and Norwegian Grandmaster Magnus Carlsen.
Been a TL fan since I started watching StarCraft in 2011, this feels great to watch!
I'm one of the lucky few who used to spec Liquid games live in sc;bw.
OG fan for life here.
Liquipedia = best encyclopedia beside Wikipedia
For eSports information & scheduling history, they are really good at recognizing them
Wow. Am so inspired. This is what I would like for my esports team in Africa called "Tribe Simba Esports". Would really love this kind of support
I love that liquid make dutch players rise like Mitro I love that they were a Dutch fan org thanks from the Netherlands 🇳🇱😄

OG fan back during the StarCraft days. The days of The Little One(TLO), jinro, Huk, hero etc. The good ole days
