Nissan was much better towards the customer before this guy time. Nissan could of made much profit in his time, but the reputation of Nissan is the worst now. They don’t provide necessary spare parts as used to be, and the service after sale are the worst compared to other agents. Also the prices that they use for the spare parts and for the workmanship are extremely high. Even the quality of their work is much below acceptable. All of these happened after this person became in charge.
Now, everyone owned Nissan car before will never buy a Nissan car again or recommend to another.
