Let's all sing, "The hills are alive..." Music from the Sound of Music replays in my brain like a gerbil wheel everytime we visit. Hee-hee. And sorry, but my off-key renditions pepper the following videos.
St. Anton is Austria's largest ski area in Winter and largest area for outdoor activities in Summer. I think that says it all.

It looks lovely! I hope you are having fun, wherever you are. I am going to the opera tonight, but it is to see a French opera, not Austrian!

      What opera did you see?

@@SheilaSimkin Pelleas amnd Melisande. I like French music but not this one! I would have had more fun at home gorging on all the chocolate in the fridge!

My favorite opera will always be Carmen. I love the music from many others but as far as sitting at an actual opera, Carmen is it for me. An evening eating chocolate doesn't sound bad either...🤩

@@SheilaSimkin Try to attend a performance of it at The State Opera when you are in Vienna. Indeed, I recommend a tour of the theatre. It is lovely and so historic. Bit of the old theatre survived WWII. It was bombed just near the end.

We won't have any time for a performance. Taking a Viking Danube cruise and only there in the daytime. I also don't know if we'll have time to visit the theater inside. Sigh...

Only 4 in St. Anton which is usual for most resorts. I imagine it would cost a small fortune to operate all their lifts. A shame because I would have loved to hike up other trails but I don't like the coming down -- boring to the max. Thanks for watching, Benjy.
