Of the digits in "400", 2/3 of them are zeros. Also, I think he meant to imply that 2/3 of "The 400" were zeros, as in worthless people. I love that most of his best and cleverest lines are written as throwaways.

In fact, the Jordan's moved the show from Chicago to Hollywood on the advice of doctors who said the warm climate would be better for her health. Ultimately, the treatment for alcohol may or may not be true. Personally, I find it hard to believe that Don Quinn, the show's writer, would create an alcoholic character for the show, Uncle Dennis, if his dear friend and long time collaborator, suffered from alcoholism.
