Full day compilation - 2+ Hours of 4K Plane Spotting at London City Airport from close up with very steep landings and takeoffs in central London. LCY airport is the smallest, but most centrally located airport in London. Thanks to it's close proximity to the banking district of Canary Wharf, the airport is mainly used by business travelers. This fact also influences the destinations served from here. Due to the tall buildings surrounding the airport a much steeper approach is needed. Also the very short runway limits the aircraft types which can fly to London City Airport. Aircraft types: A318, A220-100, E190-E2/E190, Dash 8 Q400, ATR42/72, various business and private jets. It would be no exaggeration to say that London City Airport is the only airport that operates the Embraer E190. haha...

Yeah since Flybe (Dash) went bankrupt and Aer Lingus retired their Avros it has gotten a lot more quiet in terms of variety. Some ATR's, Dash 8 and A220 fly into City but not much more...
