It's nice that you cool off the porridge somewhat before feeding it to your doggie. She seems to like it, what a happy little dog! I love lotus seeds raw or cooked. Today's harvest of lotus pods, bitter melons, string beans and aromatic leaves is bountiful. A good market day.

Just looking the photo of the video, i thought, today you are going to do something with flowers but in the photo I couldn't see the water. It was real surprise and totally new product and new knowledge and experience of somany different things in just one video. I never knew that Lotus seeds are so useful and nutritious and you can add them in a Porridge but first of all harvesting Lotus Pods is a unique experience, in the so deep water and unwanted rain during harvesting is not much fun but nothing can stop you to finish you job.
How you got this idea of Lotus Pads, is also quite interesting❤.
How you got a green nut out of Lotus Pod and then open it and got a white one, open it again and clean it. It is similar to get Pearls out of Shell but Lotus seed is much complicated unless you have the right information about this procss.
( sometimes i think you must be getting all this information during sleep in your dreams, because whole day since you getup you start working and after working whole day you get tired too like every normal healthy person, then how you possibly know except dreaming about it😊 am i right ?
You are very good in cooking too and i can say this, because the Porridge you cooked, it looks so delicious, I really start feeling hungry and i become even more hungry when you start eating and enjoying😮You are absolutely right you are your doctor, like every smart and wise person.
Long Beans, Bitter melons and a little red leaves which looks very spacial are still very good and above all its your own garden and you are the producer of such healthy and fresh products.
