As far as I know the difference is quite obvious because maple has a much tighter and denser grain than rosewood. You can really feel the grain on a rosewood where as a maple feels more smooth. (not that rosewood isn't smooth but you know what I mean)

rabea when you said it remembers your setting did you mean the setting on the amps as well ( like treble setting bass mid etc ) or just the setting in terms of switching ?
I think Rabea and Joss have a similar interaction that Lee and Pete have with each other. Two shredders play better when they are together, same as two blues players feed off each other when jamming.

I've seen several people mention it, but you need to sort out your audio levels. Straining to hear someone speak then deafened by the guitar.

PRS guitars are my favorite for their playability and attention to detail. But nothing can quite nail The sound of a real Les Paul.
