- Diamond abrasive chains: 36 GBE, 36 GBM and 36 GGM for the GS 461.
Once all the diamonds have been removed from the segments, it's time to change the chain. In this tutorial, we will show you how you can easily attach a new diamond abrasive chain to your STIHL GS 461 concrete cutter correctly. Whenever you change the chain, it is also important to replace the rim sprocket. A new rim sprocket is included in the package when you purchase each diamond chain. The cutting attachment is mounted and the optimum chain tension is set in just a few steps. STIHL tip: Turn the guide bar after each chain change - this prevents the guide bar from getting only one-sided wear.
