Heinz, I have been waiting for your video about breathing. Because I have seen Niccolo Campriani intentionally taking multiple quick breaths just prior to aiming. They appeared to be full breaths too. I have bern wondering what he was trying to achieve. Was he nervous? Was he trying to calm down ? Trying store up as much oxygen as possible ?

…ausgeatmet ist der Brustkorb entspannt und das Herz schlägt - deutlich! - langsamer.
