Minister ,Dr. Abraham Belay, a graduate of the Defence University Engineering College, was one of the top graduates with a cumulative GPA of 3.98. He is a very humble individual, under the age of 45. Dr. Abraham held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the military, served as a lecturer at the University B4 ENSA, and led the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) during very difficult times. We wish him all the best in his new responsibilities.
