Thank you for sharing those amazing facts. It really highlights the beauty and uniqueness of Jamaica’s parishes. Clearly, we will need to undertake part two. We appreciate your feedback.

St. Mary, St. Mary. Gone are those days when you could get up in mornings and wash your face and brush your teeth, sometimes squeezing out the last of the toothpaste to brush your teeth. Then you would eat fruit all day. Sometimes you would ignore breakfast, which is cabbage and salt fish and roast breadfruit and chocolate tea. Sometimes egg which you get from the fowlnest and mint tea. The mint was grown in the back yard. Banana with run dung with salt fish and coffee tea. Just naming a few things. Gone are those days. We thought we poor, but we blessed to eat healthy. You eat what you plant. Even the pigs ate healthy. You would cook young bananas and young bread for then and given leftover from the table. The dogs ate healthy, they would get turn corn cornmeal and left overs from the dining table. The cows and the goats ate grass. The chickens ate grated coconut and leftovers. Then, you were sure of what you were eating. One more thing, we used to get our milk from the cows and the goats.

As for your question, it's important to keep your seed phrase secure. To send USDT to Binance, you'll typically need to import your wallet into a compatible exchange or use the wallet’s built-in features to transfer your funds.

Isn’t the General Penitentiary in Kingston a prison?
The video refers to the St. Catherine Adult Correctional Centre, aka Spanish Town Prison. There is no reference to the General Penitentiary, which is in Kingston.
@ … but the video said there is only ONE prison in Jamaica; the Spanish Town prison. So my question is: isn’t the General Penitentiary also a prison?
