I did this solution and it worked. I have a Hyperx HP headset, and every time I try to download the file and upload it, I cannot do so. Then I downloaded the KINGSTON file and that worked. I don't know what the problem was but it was fixed.😊
if its not working for you, it's cause ur headse is an hp, if you scroll down a bit more on this page u will see the updater for the hp version. Another thing, if ur headset work good for you dont update cause that can break some stuff or be worse, dont touch if it work fine, for exemple 0010 in my opinion ruin the Kingston cloud 2 so stick to the original driver if u dont use usb soundcard for ps4
hey man I just got a cloud II headset, tried using the 7.1 surround sound on my ps5 and the audio was quiet. tryna do a firmware update using my laptop, but it isnt detecting my headphones for the update. I dont know what Im doing wrong, and I really wanna be able to use 7.1 with my ps5 with good audio quality.

It might be because of the HP bought HyperX as I remember in the past. Check your right or left(inside) headset you will see a mark which says HP or Kingston. You can try to search for firmware updates for that model. About 2 years I have G Pro X headset. I don't know the solution.

@@babiydoll you might dowloaded the wrong version, could you pleade check right or left(inside) of the headset? It has to be HP or Kingston mark placed there. You have to download the right firmware.
@@babiydoll should’nt be a problem if it is cloud II model. Just download the correct firmware and I hope you will fix it :) and make sure you are connected via dongle(the one you can control volume +-, 7.1 activation)

the original driver is a mistake from hyper x, the real name is 0003 and not 0030, so u can upgrade. But in my opinion the new driver is not good, u should keep the original. And chek if your headset is hp or kingston cause it's not the same update, u have to scroll down a bit more on the page if it's hp

Finally Found it Bro Same Issue, After the firmware update->Go to Device manager->Uninstall Hyper X Virtual Surround driver-> Restart-> Problem Solved.
kanka bu HyperX'leri 2021 veya 20 sonları olması lazımdı el değiştirdiği için artık HP üretiyor. İndirme linkinde biraz daha aşağı inersen HP.inc olanı var onu denemen gerekebilir belki o şekilde çözebilirsin.

you might download for the wrong manufacturer firmware check your manufacturer (kingston or hp) then download for it
