Her backstory is beautiful its like a poem its interior wording is what makes this 10x better ELEGANT! 😭😭

Fun challenge, made a character that fits in with one of my subcanons pretty well too, so there's that.
So, meet Imela (pronounced Ai-me-lah), a 16-year-old fortune teller, is on a journey to master the magical arts in the world she inhabits. Hailing from a lineage where her father represents the Earth Nation and her mother the Water Nation, she possesses the basic knowledge of spells from both realms but focuses primarily on honing her fortune-telling abilities. Despite being in the early stages of her training, she exhibits remarkable talent, glimpsing into the future with the powers she diligently studies. Imela's preferred attire consists of long dresses and large hats, not only serving as a fashion statement but also shielding her from the sun's rays on bright days. Her distinctive hair, blending shades of aquamarine and earthy green, is an embodiment of her parents' heritage. Drawing inspiration from her lineage, her outfit harmonizes the cultural elements of both nations, with an emphasis on the blue hues, the color of her birth nation. With a slender figure, fair complexion, and rosy cheeks, Imela carries a small notebook wherever she goes, diligently jotting down insights and knowledge pertaining to fortune telling and magic in general. Known for her endearing nature, Imela is characterized by her selflessness, often placing the well-being of others above her own. One notable instance exemplifying her courageous sacrifice involved a premonition of a building collapse. She foresaw that the young son of the building's owners would be trapped inside while his parents were away, and despite her powers typically revealing events within a ten-minute timeframe, she hastily entered the structure to rescue the child. As the building crumbled, Imela employed spells learned from her father to shield both herself and the boy, with a greater emphasis on protecting the child. In the process, she narrowly escaped being trapped under the rubble. Her heroic actions earned her a generous reward from the grateful parents of the rescued boy. In summary, Imela is an exceptionally kind-hearted and selfless teenager who delves into the world of fortune telling and magic, specializing in water and earth spells, while navigating her own path of personal growth and discovery.

A modern-day witch, knowing things we humans do. She blends in with the crowd very well. Zra alone tho is a potion-maker and spell-caster. Her clothes aren't the best for it but she doesn't change because usually after making a spell she's out in public again. Zra wears cute, short dresses in summary colours and carries many necklaces with crystals around her neck. People see her as a young, bright crystal-collector. After all, Zra does actually like crystals. The witch is 14, and knows a lot compared. Her eyes are pink and have long lashes, same goes with her hair that's always in a pigtail. Backstory: Miriam's mother, a fortune teller, fell in love with, and married a powerful spellcaster, which was against the law in their village. They kept it secret until Miriam was 6, but the village found out, and they executed them. Miriam trained hard to become as powerful as her dad, and using her fortune telling, she could win any battle. Though she looks young, she is one of the most powerful spellcasters in the land of Prinla, though people never seem to believe her from her childish appearance. She took over the village that killed her parents, and has turned it to her own kingdom. The only way to survive her is to stay away.

Backstory - Eden is the youngest of two kids, but was always pushed aside in favor of her older sister because in Eden's family combat magics and potions are a specialty, everyone in her family is good at making potions and combat. When Eden was 4 years old she started to develop great foresight, at least for a 4 year old, she was able to see at least 15 minutes into the future. Her family was surprised by this new ability in the family, but instead of Eden getting praised it resulted in the family fighting and Eden being accused of not being related to the rest of her family. A result of all of this conflict is Eden and her older sister (I don't have a name for her) fighting often. As Eden got older her foresight got better, Eden hated her foresight, because it made her family mad and blamed her for something she couldn't control, she also blamed herself for what happened to her family. One day while Eden is home alone (she's 13 now) she gets a vision and it is of her mother and father, they're still arguing about her and her foresight. So Eden decides to run away, she thinks that if she just goes away that will help her family. So in that moment she packs her things and leaves, but there is a heavy storm in the forest where she lives and while she is running away she gets struck by lightning which results in her right eye turning gold and having scars on the right side of her face. After getting struck by lightning she didn't move for a very long time. The next time she woke up she was still in the same spot that she got stuck but her mother was there. Her mother looked sad, but when Eden sat up fully her mother only said, " If you want to leave, go right ahead, but never come back...", her mother then stood up and walked back home. That was the last she saw of her mother or anyone in her family. She now lives in a deep dark forest.

Lock found out about his powers when he was 8 by (accidentally) setting his mother's flowers on fire. (be careful with fire, kids😭) once his parents found out, they went to the (magik) academy and got him enrolled.
He then started training a lot, wanting to help the kingdom and become one of the Grandmasters.
The academy just thought he was a common fire witch but after finding out he can do more than the techniques a fire witch can do, the academy declared that he is a Solaris (sun) witch.

and now he is one of the witches helping in the kingdom.

He's a bit of an overconfident prick, but he means well. He started learning magic on his own and was surprisingly good at it, which had the unfortunate side effect of feeding his ego. Though he's fairly effective at spellcasting, he uses unconventional methods and tends to take unnecessary risks. He took off on a journey on his own intending to practice more magic, and encountered an experienced teacher on the way. He initially dismissed the teacher, but after running into them several more times he decided to travel with them. That's where we're at now (:
