Most tickets are booked from IRCTC website. Apart from this, passengers also book tickets from railway reservation centers. If the tickets booked online are not confirmed and remain in waiting list, they get automatically cancelled. In such a case, Railway returns the remaining amount to the passenger after deducting clerical charges of Rs 60. Railway provides travel facility on waiting tickets booked from the counter.
