Hi I normally use the rubber end of an hammer I push/knock the end of the side black trim nearest the arch Which releases the trim from the bumper and i then get my finger behind the side trim at the bend where the side and centre trim meet and pull the trim towards the rear. You then use your fingers to remove the centre trim by pulling trim away from the car and your done. I know some people use screw drivers ... But that's not the ideal way
