- This week I'm once again reacting to Black BABYMETAL, and their live performance of Sis Anger! Moa and Yui absolutely own the stage here. The choreo, the vocals, the damn PRESENCE. I love these girls! Even without Su they are a force to be reckoned with! 😱🦊🔥

BABYMETAL Sis Anger Live First Time Reaction
This is probably my favorite song from the duo behind _"Onedari Daisakusen"_ . As someone who never got a chance to see both Yui and Moa together live on stage, I'm glad that I can at least enjoy these performances on video. They were definitely something special. RIP Black BABYMETAL.
This is BM's hardest song and its all about not putting up with arrogant people and putting them in their place.

A song all about the failings of boys and how the way they act can annoy girls. It's basically saying "Shape up! Or get out!" Your wish is my command, Moa! From their 4 Black Babymetal songs, I love seeing '4 No Uta' as Yui actually grins all the way through it...as well as Moa, who always grins! I wish people would talk about these tracks, like KTAGM and Tamashi no Rufuran, more like they're covers and not Babymetal tracks. The songs were a part of their earlier shows and probably caught the attention of fans of the original tracks, so it's only appropriate to give the credit to the artists who created the songs.

Iam moa holic, but i have to admit yui is the cutest metal.. Yui is my first crush.. Moa & su more growing on me after go down to the foxs hole.. Look at yui dance in Yokohama concert 2015.. Really stunning
Every day I regret that I got to BM too late to see Black Babymetal live. :( also, this is probably BM's heaviest song (loosely based on St Anger by Metallica) so if metal's not your general genre, I'm not surprised it's not your thing.

Don't know if you even noticed but it indeed was a compilation video. The big stage is TokyoDome and the smaller stage is one of the "Five Fox Festivals" where each of the five shows had a special attendance rule like only women allowed, only men allowed, must have corpse paint on, and other stuff. In this video you can see the "Black Fox Festival" with only male attendance. Next up you could go back to a Su solo with "Amore" or do another Metal Galaxy song with "DA DA DANCE".

Most of that video was from the Tokyo Dome concert (Black Night) from September 2016 in front of 55,000 people, with additional footage from other concerts.
They had 55,000 the previous night at Tokyo Dome (Red Night) as well.
The song was kind of controversial, and the lyrics are a bit rude, especially coming from young girls.
The equivalent might be using an expression like "dumb bastard".
Yui is definitely missed. It's been over three years since she's been on stage with BABYMETAL.

GREAT REACTION! The title of this song is an homage and play on words to Metallica's "St. Anger". The girls are basically saying they want to hurt crappy guys that make them mad with their horrible selfish ways. "I will knock your ill-nature into shape. I will burn down everything with flare of anger." BLACK BABYMETAL (a nickname when a song is by just Moa and Yui) songs are the heavier of all the BABYMETAL songs, and in my opinion, this song is the heaviest and most lyrically aggressive so far. Even their choreography is aggressive with its kicks, punches, and angry looking moves.
The Babymetal dancers are actors, who dance and sing. In this song, they are expressing their distain for school boys that are posers. They wanted to convey their feelings to such boys and try to convince them to be more honest. I think Black BabyMetal did a great job
I do miss Princess Yui. I hope she is well and that she is as happy as all those she helped bring joy to.
It is normal that Yui doesn't connect in the same way because she left the band when she was still looking like a girl. Moa started to look like the beautiful woman she is now around 2018, and last Yui show (Big Fox Festival) was on late summer of 2017. We've not seen any single image of her since then.
The genre of this song is called Thrash Metal, it is one of the heavier ones in Heavy Metal. It was played by groups like Slayer or Sepultura, I find it hard that this connects with a guy like you, yeah it is normal.
And yeah this video was a compilation, I think it was merging shots from the Tokyo Dome concert and some of the ones from the Fox Festivals. Compilations like thism, a part from being not really appropiate for reactions, be careful because the algorithm can catch the audio and block it.
On the song, it might be one of the heavier Babymetal tracks, but it is really funny with the lyrics. They are speaking of how they dislike guys who are passive, and that's why they are doing like they are going to scratch them in the choreo:

I'm a metalhead, but this is the one BABYMETAL song that's almost a bit too heavy for my taste. Almost. I have been a fan for over three years now, but I agree: From time to time I also take an objective look and think "What magic is this? How are they doing this, and what are they doing to me?". They are a real phenomenon.

Yes, there's a solo song for Yui and Moa too (Love Machine), aside from Black Babymetal and Su solos. Only been done once.
Now if you like that tempo and faster songs, you might want to try Lovebites at some point (Holy war or Thunder Vengeance, both live in Tokyo 2020 are insane), possible more bias as it's an all women band 😀

Lololololololololololol....I love how hard-core the lyrics are in this! Basically, it about how they dislike guys who are full of themselves and only give excuses for personal faults, and how they will beat that shaz out of them!
Sis Anger is supposedly a homage to Metallica's St. Anger, and in an interview with one of the Metallica members (sorry I can't remember which), he said the St. Anger was to represent healthy anger, where you get it all out in a big burst, rather than holding it in and letting it build to dangerous levels and having it blow up and potentially hurt someone. I think Sis Anger portrays and encourages the same, getting all that rage out in a useful way rather than holding it in and causing harm to either yourself or someone else (in BBM case...ill natured guys lol!!)! One of the things I like so much about BABYMETAL is that even the simplest of lyrics (and the actual music of course) have purpose and are very intentionally done in order to really express what they want you to feel about the song itself!
Sis Anger is my fav BBM song, with OD being a close second, but I think you've done that one? Or was it 4 no Uta? Well then....just in case, I'll go ahead and recommend them all...so, Onedari Daisakusen, GJ, and Song 4 (4 no Uta).

@@britkpopreacts ahhh...thought so lol! In that case, I highly recommend GJ and 4 no Uta (Song 4). Song 4 in particular as Yui and Moa wrote the lyrics and had a big hand in the music writing and arrangement. The story for it is that apparently Su challenged them to write a song about the number 4 when they were on bus route to or from a show in Singapore (I think). Why? Well...who knows why the challenge was a thing in the firsts place, but it being about the number 4 is because in Japan 4 is considers an unlucky number. Kinda like the western unlucky 13. Although there's an actual explanation for why 4 is unlucky lol! But I'll leave that for when you get around to it lol!

There levels of politeness and rudeness in Japanese. This is consider below neutral and above rude level. That is why it was shocking to fans the language used. The girls are having fun and laughing singing this while following the song with GJ!
The lyrics are a bit ambiguous about the relationship of the boy to the girl whether it is someone new /random or someone they know. I think it is purposely made it that way to relate to more female audiences.
There are only 4 Black BabyMetal. Beside this are Onedari Daisakusen, GJ! And Song 4.

It is commonly regard as a homage to Metallica's St Anger. So it can be interpret as girl fed up with her loved one or against a random guy doing inappropriate things. Releasing her emotions.
Some fans wonder why (Amuse let) BLACK BABYMETAL sing these somewhat offensive lyrics. Yet Moa Metal said like "I hope 'Sis. Anger' would encourage many people." and Yui Metal said like "This song made me stand up straight when I sang it, so I hope it can motivate the listeners even a little".
