You definitely hear albums nowadays where you can't really understand why it was made or released. Albums that seemed to lack interest or inspiration. Presumably the reason is often money, but often even that seems like a poor excuse. Take That always feel like they are interested in what they are doing, even when a song doesn't quite work for me. Even Robbies new stuff with Lufthaus seems interesting. The way they also respected Jason's need to stop when he lost his inspiration is important. You need to love this work to do it properly. When you lose that love, you need to be allowed to stop.
Like fine wine. Gets better with age. I have followed the lads since the beginning. Cried when they broke up. Overjoyed when they regrouped and have seen their phenomenal transformation over the years. And they sound superb. Can’t wait to see them at the O2 in May.
Great new sound, of a great band, what they've become more and more.. And how great is Mark's voice. I really love how he keeps sounding warmer and deeper.. Suits him so well... Love Love it!

This album is sooooooooo good, I was a TT fan in the 90's but fell off the band wagon for a few years, but watching the Robbie documentary on Netflix just brought me back to the boys and with the new album coming out at the same time it was just perfect timing...listening to the album every day....Mark's voice is sooooooo good (Gary's voice is my favorite) too, perfect for this song and the start of the chorus gives me Prince vibes don't know why...love it !
Was never into Take That. I was sitting with my girlfriend (Thai) and had just explained Later to her. "This man finds artists that you have never really got and shows you something you never saw". It was at that moment Jools said "....and first up we have Take That". I will admit that I said "Oh sh!t!". Well, I was blown away and when they ended the show with this, well it became my tune of 23. Not going to go back and listen retrospectively, but I will be keeping my ear out from now on. Just amazing.
I’d say you might want to listen retrospectively, they have some great songs on all of their albums. I’m not saying all of them are great but there are quite many really really great ones.
