- The infamous Eagles Deli challenge!! Over 12 lbs of food. This is no joke. With 5 lbs of fries it’s definitely a haul. But like y’all know me.. i will try to not only finish but grab the record. 😂😂😂😂👏🏻👏🏻💯.

I'm a mom who has worked in every aspect of the food industry shy of owning my own place and being a core manager. I love people and new things. I'm up for just about anything. I am a Woman/Mom vs Food but I will definitely run with the boys!
I've done speed contests, spicy contests, gross challenges, massive (nearly impossible) challenges and am not afraid to double or triple up if a restaurant lets me! Oh my huh ?!?!

She is certainly humble. She could travel the world and set every eating record with ease if she wanted to!!! Molly has amazed me and disgusted me since I first watched her consume those 2 massive steaks + the sides, back to back!!
She's number one for me, she just shatters records that are put at restaurants by top ten world eaters.
