why not do one year term Yuvam first then a two year term. more likely by the end of the first year the Yuvam program will still exist, then renew a two year term to cover the whole three years.
Still not guaranteed and may lose the additional year under the lucrative terms of today. I'd rather lock in 2 yrs immediately and worry about the last year. Still I would understand if someone wanted to roll the dice like this. -Ahmet
