@@SprayWayCustoms I have been working on a 1990 for a couple of years. I Have done the WHOLE thing . Body, paint, engine, trans, interior, and all that that implies. Big Job.
With your normally thorough way of doing things I was surprised you didn't pull the bed to get a nice finish between the cab and bed. Repairs look great though. 😎👍
Shout out to sprayway man I tell if it wasn't that dude I wouldn't even be into painting cars......I'm a beginner but spray made me feel like I can do it ...Thanks for videos and your teaching .....you da man!!!!
OBS looking great i gotta get on that guide coat and primer sealer! Thanks for sharing Unk keep up the great work! I know all three projects will be a beast when your done with them!
I’m a big fan, also new to the paint game!,but I’ll tell you iv learned a lot off your channel!!!real talk! keep doing that A1 work!and I’ll keep soaking up game!
@@SprayWayCustoms you got it!!I just started my channel to!so if there is any way you could pump it for me that be awesome,!im open to your opinions and thought to help me keep leveling up I would greatly appreciate it!
I falow you for few years now and have been a greit motivation for me, i was a freid to screw up and do rong, but you show what can happen and how to fix it. Thank you very much! 🙂👍
Should buy an OBS Chevy from North Dakota and see what magic you can work on one of those. Nothing left of them anymore around here haha. Great video Sprayway!
I also love the Raptor Liner. Mainly because it's tintable. And you're also able to clear coat it within a certain window. By changing the air pressure, and not using the splatter gun it comes with, you can achieve a almost matte finish with it and then clear coat it. Even if you didn't do the whole vehicle with it it would make some good over the rail bed liner protection same thing as rock guards on the bottom. As long as it's prepped well, I know people that's had it on their vehicles for 5 years now with no problems. I think it makes for a good combo if people don't want the entire bed liner look, it works good with the paint too . Now if you just want one that is pre-colored and is the strongest out there, get the Durabak brand. It has to work off as it's not mixed with a hardener but is self leveling. You can get a lot of different results from using different brushes. It also comes pre-colored so it can't be exactly color matched. But without a doubt it's the strongest you can buy . They put it on the US Navy's battleships and it's used in the sailboat and boating industry a lot. They make a smooth or a rough version as well. It's actually what I will be coating my truck in since it can be rolled on. With my spine the way it is I can't take all the time to take everything up and spray. I just have to roll a section at a time. It is amazing how self-leveling it is though!
@@SprayWayCustoms if you do, look up an adjustable gun from a company called Tekton. Tekton 44 is an undercoating and Tekton 77 is a speaker box coating. This gun really lets you get more of a matte finish than the Raptor splatter gun. So Google those. They have some really great products too. I do a lot of car audio and their coating is like an epoxy shield. You can't scratch it at all. I know you could really use the undercoating too. Oh yeah....they are based out of Memphis so you can get a real person the phone and hey....Merica! Let me know what you think.
You know I love your stuff bro! So inspiring to DIY people. I'm actually thinking about getting one of the inflatable paint booths. If you get one that's reputable they are really good and real durable. You just have to not be lazy and take them down when you're done! You could actually do some really good mobile work even if it was a couple of days long.
Always amazing bruh. No hurry. No pressure keepin it 1000..Yo, lol. I still can't get that 'You gonna luv me ' theme music outta my brain. That door panel was a masterpiece..what's contact pertaining a paint job..I've got an oldie.2 door, 81 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz..preciate ta mane..
