I agree that Girl is speaking very much as she is complaining about many things. But, a judge should be patient and should not talk like that. Speaking of words like nonsense, main main etc. is not good from a jidge. These type of words will lessen his honour.

Honourable Judge is extremely polite and tolerant. People need to understand that this is court and there are set rules and guidelines to follow. Despite Judges try to be as humble as possible doesn’t mean that any party can take the court’s tolerance for granted. If only many viewers watch it till the end, Judge also very politely offered her an option for final hearing on the same day. She is one lucky lady!

The judge is aware of the case. He knows very well, that she is entitled to hostel accommodation but has been given flat out of courtesy. She should be thankful to the college administration and obey the college rules as applicable.
the HRA rule clearly says if you have in campus accommodation provided you will be entitled for HRA. second is that flats and apartments are given only to married scholars and people who have family member dependent on them living with the scholar, third if she is staying alone in a quarter the institute have the right to sift her to hostel too, whatever stuffs she collected is her responsibility not institutes'. she can not argue on this. or else simply she can stay outside getting the HRA, its bhopal not banglore or pune that she wont get a good flat on rent with her HRA, she can get a very good accommodation near MANIT. and over that GATE fellowship is provided by Institute the admission is on the basis of institute fellowship. so its up to institute to release the fellowship. and as far I have studied in MANIT it provides fellowship on time if your attendance and performance are good and satisfactory. And also you need to have good conduct with your faculties too, which is not that big deal there.
