Question to the Hearts fans, when I watch the highlights of the games Naismith seems to really give it his all and fulfills the captains role in shouting at his players to do their assigned jobs etc. What are their thoughts with regard to the team, strengths and weaknesses and do you think you'll turn things around and stay up? Well done on yesterdays result.
To say Naismith needs to focus on his own game, am sorry, but that to me is nonsense. He's doing his role in the team, as well as the role of a captain. His passion is exactly what we were missing. We needed a captain who is not afraid to berate players where needed as well as give them the pat on the back. In terms of strengths, we saw some of them in the couple of games against Rangers, when we show up to play football and not just punt and hope we can form some good passages of play and create chances. Unfortunately, converting those chances are still a weakness, though I reckon that will change if we can get a decent run and some more confidence. Defensively too we looked better in this game but there's still some shaky moments, to be expected somewhat with the game plan under Stendal. With Souttar out that's a worry but big Dikamona did extremely well, in fact his last few games he's been good, but he has prone to some donkey moments in the past. The ability is there to still turn things around, but anything can happen in football, you can have the ability but no luck and that can be the tale of it. A result against Hibs on Tues will be good kindling for a fiery comeback though. No matter what happens I'll stick behind my team 100%.

Worked the side into shape during a 10 day break through the bad weather, allowing player's that didn't feature to get up to speed and get levels raised. Hearts have got to win at least 5 league games to have a chance. Hibs tomorrow is the game of the season.
It weird really, we can beat rangers 2-1 and 1-1 but we come up against Hamilton at home and draw 2-2. We have a good team and morale is high so I think we just need a bit of luck on our side and a good referee.
