Once upon a time, Tales of the Abyss was the only Tales game I had. It was fantastic: characters and music-wise. I went and bought the soundtrack online, I loved the music so much. . . only for it to turn out to be the Symphonia soundtrack. I'd talk about the rage I had upon my unexpected package, but then I listened to it. There's a PS3 and Tales of Symphonia: Chronicles collection sitting at my home now. Thank you, trolling fandom ;)
I found out about this game through less than ideal circumstances as well. I was in a toxic friendship at the time (I thought this person actually was my friend, but it turned out he was rather controlling), and he showed me the song Final Destination. When I was a few months out of that friendship, I found a used copy of the GameCube version, and now it's one of my favorite video games of all time.
Don't get me wrong, I love it with the drums. I just like the variance between the two versions, and I find the no drums version doesn't get enough love. Hard to believe I found this video almost a year ago now...how time flies.
I am so glad it started off without the drums, then halfway through it changes from the "Will" version to "Decision"...amazing! So much nostalgia, and so much appreciation for something so awesome. By the way, I like your name, Dan. It's a pretty awesome name.
And people say Sakuraba's music sucks. They obviously need to hear his best works before judging. He just has so much games under his belt that some game's OST's are more lackluster.
did u made a remix of the battle against mithos ,i mean the epic song one when he transform,or well get into his machine but anyway,well i would really love to hear it ur very good
You know, I never got why this song was called Last battle - decision. Actually, it sorta dissapointed me when I clicked on the video and was excpecting a remix of "It can weaver and Fight" to play. Not tp discredot thos remix either. Just that the final boss theme has like no remixes at all and that's sad.
