Imagine when someone pitched this sketch..
“Ok but like what if we didn’t have money”
XD
Lol
Lmao
"or we could a sketch about birds!
LoonaHaseul do the birds have polio?
“Imagine there’s just crickets, but dead crickets because it’s so silent.” 🤣😂👍
Owh... I thought he said "Dad" Cricket, which doesn't make sense when I think about it...
I feel like it should have been « dead crickets bc we dont have to money for food to keep them alive »
@@claraobrien7219 🤣🤣🤣that would have been way better
Props to the dude who was squatting the whole time
Yeah *props* to him
And the poor coaster girl
201
Talia Mueller respect ✊🏾
glad they "broke" him
"Dad bursts into the door and he goes *insert gun noise here*...but just with his eyes, so there is no gun" DEAD
I was looking for this comment
*i just wanna talk to him*
When you get into the play but your role is as a coaster
lol
Role*
BUT you better play the best coaster you could be!
think coaster
"He's just much more motivated by his need to quench his thirst for balance in his love life." Haha!
Lol
“That’s just like the chair I imagined”😂😂
“We too were once young and in love...
with the color orange”
The man playing the table deserves an Oscar!
Don't forget the dude who was squating the whole time...
"We'd love to do our next sketch for you, but, um, we're out of money"
*the way he delivered that line tho*
ikr 🤣👌
Pretending to be dumb isn’t funny
“Then he forcefully breaks the chair and throws it into the fire.”
Um...
Do it...
Emperor Palpatine has entered the chat.
Rut row raggy
They didn't have Jeremy to play the fire 😂
Spencer Soria yes!!! 😂
There was a time when Anakin himself was going over budget and severely draining our financial resources. So I have to make some strategic budget "cuts" with my lightsaber _if you know what I mean._
Haha *realizes i am the commander of Vader’s first*
*chokes*
So did u guys have to use a flashlight and make buzzing noises ur self
Hello there
Hello there old friend
Some... peaceful negotiations
Garet really shines at straight face comedy. I can't imagine anyone else doing those voices without breaking even a little 😂😂😂😂😂
*coughs in Jason Gray
Jeremy!
what about Matt
(Note the Sarcasm)
@@PsycheVFX the fact that they did not break is admirable enough
@@oliverdelica2289 yeah
Around of applause for the real heroes...the furniture.
This is genuinely the best sketch you've ever done. I'm impressed.
"And we don't want to name any names, but... it's Margaret from accounting." 😂
Honestly whenever someone says that that’s basically what they do
When you run out of money to make skits, so you make a skit about how you don't have enough money to make skits
*Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.*
exactly. Haha
That crew guy holds a squat for two and a half minutes. Respect. ✌
Throwback to when they had less money.... and the sets were so simple!!! Great then and great now. And also this was hilarious. Reminds me of, “SWIRL THE BRANDY, MATTHEW!!!!”
YES!! XD
DON'T LEAVE THE BODY!!!! HURRY THE POLICE ARE ON THEIR WAY!!!!!
YOUR FINGERS ARE STUCK IN THE BOWLING BALL
The best part of this is the cast members doing impersonations of each other.
Garet's girl voice is good
This really shows how deep the writing is, even if it doesn't seem that smart. Performing a stetch within a stetch.
What makes this all the more hilarious is the fact that I have seen a few fanfics that read almost exactly like this!! 😂
'And then so-and-so entered (she looks just like [insert beautiful actress here], but with blonde hair) and spoke in a sultry voice...'
'They entered the room, seeing the chair in the corner and walking around the table in the middle. "We bought that chair when we visited [insert name of country here]. It was sooo expensive, but we just had to have it.' [Random character] enters and picks up the chair and throws it in a rage. It splinters into a million little pieces...'
And so on. I know we all start writing somewhere, but to see this 'style' done in a sketch is absolutely *hysterical!* 🤣🤣
Their impressions are spot-on. I’m not even kidding. ESPECIALLY Garret’s impression of Jess. He was so in character as Jess😂😂
I love how they are so focused on their sketch that when Austin tells them the truth, they just continue as they were and make her part of it, barely missing a beat
Plot twist: Studio C actually ran out of money! 😱
He turns to his wife
Which we hadn’t said her name yet but it’s Janice!
“I love.....the color orange..”
🤣🤣🤣🤣😕
“There is no Margret from accounting, we just didn’t think your scetch was very funny.”
Me presenting a drama piece at school 😂
lol same
"We didn't actually run out of money... We just didn't think that your sketch was funny."
Them: 😶
5:18
Gives her a hug anyways . . . ❤😊
It can be said about every sketch after the original cast Departed.
"Dad boils with rage and forcefully throws the chair into the fire! Do it." 3:31
Reminds me of the “Stage Directions” sketch from a few years ago 😄
Imagine there’s just crickets
But like DEAD crickets
Because it’s so silent!
Matthew: Abraham played by Tanner
Also Matthew (extreme hair flip)Love y’all!!!😂
“You know we bought that chair when in Rome” “pauses for laughter”
“Pause for laughter”
*counts to 4*
Sometimes less is more. Very funny with no distractions. I would love to see these two do more low budget story telling. Maybe they could just pitch all the failed skits. Reminded me of a comedy club where they pull up the audience for sound effects.
“We’d love to do our next scetch for you, but we ran out of money...”
The fact that the crew members could hold those poses - especially the one who played the table - for the whole sketch is incredibly impressive.
That Jess impersonation was basically perfect 4:01
Ikr she is the equivalent of Adam's laugh
Why did this episode give the The Office vibes, especially his quote "I don't wanna name any names, but it was Margaret from accounting."
“but like... DEAD crickets because it’s so silent.”
Probably one of the BEST SKETCHES THEY HAVE MADE!!
*This is pretty good. It took me a little bit to get into it but after a bit I couldn't stop laughing.*
“Imagine there are crickets, except they’re dead. Because it was silent.”
This is literally how my cousin and I played together when we were kids. She'd be like, "I'm dying, you have to find the magical potion to save me." And then I'd be like, "Who said I wanted to save you?"
Let’s applaud the crew members for maintaining their positions
Cute sketch!
The premise reminds me of the first two years or so of the show, with very basic sets and the actors just wore their own clothing as costumes. Even though those sketches were low-budget and the show was still finding its feet, it had a certain charm. In fact, that's probably a good measure of writing and acting: if it's still charming, fun, and funny without all the "extras."
The crew members are like help. Also Garrett's voice for Jess was perfect
“kEiTH.... aAUAaaAh”
I like orange as well.
We too were once young and in love with the color orange
This was actually SUPER funny! I ❤ Studio C!
Announcer: We had to lose the skit due to budget cuts
Haha my man!
"I love... orange." That was so unexpected LOL!
I hope whoever sees this comment has a great day
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's super nice
My crickets died after reading this. How could you jinx my good day
FunPerson aka EBW omg thank you for that story it legit made my day
Thank You!!!!!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
“We’re out of money.” That’s me everyday
Listen, to the New Studio C people, you guys seem very talented, but I don’t think there is enough chemistry between you guys. The Original Studio C people had a bunch of chemistry between them and that helped them be funny and work with each other in creative ways. I know you guys can do more, but I think you need to develop more chemistry between each other
I love the sketches you come up with! They are so creative and original. Your sketches make me laugh, and they make my day better! Keep up the amazing work!
Ok but is anybody else impressed that he squatted for so long
This reminds me of the radio sketch when Mal mixes up all of the sound effects and Matt and Whitney just have to roll with it
Matthew: "And forcefully breaks the chair and THROWS it into...the...fire..."
(Imagin the Emperor's voice)"Do it."
He makes a gun noise with his eyes😂
Still better than my theater class. 😂
Honestly same and that makes me kinda sad😅
Some of my favorite theater performances have been those that were deliberately produced without a budget. I remember seeing a Shakespeare troupe back when I was in high school or college that performed The Bard's plays with minimal props and no scenery. It really forced the audience to concentrate on the stories and allowed the actors to use their full range of talents. They would have a single cinder block stand in for a wall, for example. A white bedsheet hanging on a peg would be the curtain over a window and the window was just the space behind the sheet. It was awesome!
Hahahaha!
So... just like that with one more person?
Great job, guys! My new favorite sketch!
Can we appreciate the crew member who did a squat for 3 whole minutes??? What a killer!!
This is pretty much exactly what non-theatre people think theatre people do.
This is detication like I’ve never seen before. 😂
I really wanted Studio C to put this one out when I watched it on BUY tv on Monday. So YESSS
Garet's impressions tho😂
I died when he did Austin. The voice cracks 🤦♀️😂
"SWIRL THE BRANDY THACHER!"
Still one of my favorite Studio C sketches ever. Funnier than 90% of season 8.
You guys are the best!
This is actually one of the funniest sketches I've seen from studio c recently 😂 up there with the soap opera people in the union meeting 👍
This is one of their best sketches 😂
3:42 that face says "yeh break me! " joyfully
The purposefully awkward energy here is what I live for 👏🏼👏🏼
That's using your imagination to think outside the box to come up with a sketch without props
Good job Studio C for giving your fans quality content during this time (even though some of this was probably filmed before hand)! I hope the best for you guys! 😄😄😄
yknow i was skeptical of this new cast at first but you know what? this sketch (and rich guy does slam poetry) made me believe in their ability to carry on the legacy. keep it up lads
I love how dalton's character says almost nothing and is just furious the entire time
I haven't laughed so hard in months.
I actually do think that with more time and practice they could be as good as the original cast.
This was great! One of my favorites from this season! I loved the impressions of the cast members.
This is my favorite skit
Don’t worry I too love orange
How to save money in 3 easy steps!
1) have a job that pays you money
2) never go out to buy anything or do anything because you’re lazy
3) never get invited to anything
"Coaster Girl" is kinda cute.
3:32 Then Dad, Boils in rage and forcefully turns and throws it into the fire...
Love your channel! This made my day!
This was actually pretty good
4:45. He says to his wife, whose name we haven't mentioned yet, but it's Janice.
"Who's name we haven't mentioned yet but it's Janice"🤣
I love you guys!!!! Keep posting!
Great sketch as always
I LOVE ORANGE! I got so excited when I heard that, even though the color isn't too terribly critical to the sketch.
This would actually make a pretty funny sketch.
I love the rep Tanner already has 😂
Group huggggg!!!!!!
Hey did y'all notice that Garet (sorry Lily) says "I love orange to" (THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO PUT A WIG ON GARET😂 YOU RED (ORANGE) HEAD😤😂
That was a good Jess!
One of the best new ones! Keep it up!
