The CN tierlist might be ranking based on P5 characters. In my experience with Chinese gacha games, their CN tier lists sometimes list all based on max performance. Because whaling is a lot more common there.

I also do not understand why is 6 considered a bit lower nowadays, but I believe is because dedicated supports are being released, and 6 is more of a general support. For example: Isolde for Spathodea, Vila for all mental crit characters (and more). So 6 value is more general than anything else, and when he is considered bis for Jiu, he can also be replaced by Isolde there. In addition, 6 was ranked 7 in Rogue cause by the mid game of the Roguelike, you have several artifacts that do what 6 does automatically, making him redundant. Is he bad there? Not even close. Is he a 9 out of 10 support here? No. 6 is powerful, but there is a shit load of other supports he is competing with. Bro states that just because a unit is below the broken stuff does not mean they are bad, yet proceeds to get hyper salty when his fave is not top lmao I also think rating Windsong and Lucy the same and putting them like they are not identical in value is stupid, for the Excel Spreadsheet tier list (the rest of the document is really useful as well but thats not the point) Now, on a further note, I disagree with your Kakania opinion. I do understand, clearly, why do you consider her a luxury pull. However, I also understand why is she considered so high (although your comment on the amount of data for Anjo Nala being too little is reasonable) when compared to other units, is because of her impact. Yes, you can just use support and healer and will be fine for raids. However, Kakania basically makes it so you dont give a fuck about getting damaged anymore. Healer + Kakania and you will basically never die unless you are hitting INSANE scores in Raids. If you look at it from a 100% casual perspective that barely SSS a raid or just says "yeah im fine with just S", then yes. She is a Luxury pull because you "dont care". If you want to go just one step further or even consider "meta", Kakania will have such a high impact on your account is crazy. Is she a luxury pull? Yes. Is she overrated? Hell no. good read. As for the reason 6 is rated lower currently, i believe it is due to Kakania. She does everything he does better and much more consistently. For defense, her empathy is unmatched for tanking damage for the team, beating out 6's RNG buffs and vitalize. For offense, she gives a really good flat attack buff that every damage dealer in the game benefits from (on average, considering the flat 300 attack + empathy value, the buff equals about a 40% dmg buff, but it's also in a different multiplier so it's better than that in actual battle) while 6 not only has to deal with RNG but some of his buffs/debuffs are less effective or outright useless depending on the character. for example, incantation might buff being less effective for characters that deal half of/more than half of their dmg via ult (spathodea, Melania) and one of his reality def/mental def debuffs end up being mostly useless depending on the damage type of your carry. he has to use 2 or more AP and rely on RNG to get buffs/give debuffs that are less effective than Kakania's, who does what he does better by only standing there and using her buff card every 2 rounds. however, he is still the only character with an immediate dispel available, so that might come in handy when you least expect it.

the game isnt that hard. tier list also has competitive number. 1-2 point wont make different at this point. what matter is, do you like the char? do you like the playstyle? just pull for that and you are fine

It is just a difference of weightage with Raid having a higher weightage than Roguelike which makes sense From what I understand of how it was derived it is a tierlist of how versatility of the character across the different major gameplay content, not how strong/broken they could be so of course it is different from what prydwen ranks. So its unfair to say that this google sheet is not good because we didn't look at why they are there. The previous tab literally explains this point had we took a look at it

I believe the Prydwen Raid tier list is only for the raids that will be available in that update. At least that's what I get after reading the changelog
This video kinda helped me narrow down who to select from the 6 star selector as I am new to the game. On the fence between Tooth fairy and 6, since my current main team is Lucy, Getian and Yenisei (my best healer).
I really dunno why windsong is considered to be biased, honestly she really deserves her place in the tierlists. Speaking of raids, she scores the biggest scores in most raids, and even for the abyss or projection she can be used as Lucy's replacement into scoring well, and kakania is pretty high in the tierlists thanks to her versatility and great combo with Windsong. Also Mercuria's bigger dilemma is her p1(allows to cycle her ultimate, which also helps getting more buffs), and p2(makes the buffs significantly bigger).
i to still think and believe 6 as St still the strongest singler target Dps again all type afflatus with of course need debuff stacking & eureka..but his Collection of debuff solve this alot + having isolde is easier to stack debuff faster..but most ppl will using him for buff or widely both.

You might pull Kakania if you're not pulling for 2.0 and 2.1 characters. Yenisei and Vila are sustain units, so you don't really need to pull Kakania. She is comfortable to play because she can buff both mental and reality damage dealers, while also being a sustain character.
If you have Tooth Fairy and Vila is there honestly any point in pulling Kakania as a F2P player I think it would be better to save for upcoming Mercuria right? So Tuesday dosen't work with Jessica i'm confused I thought DOT characters work with each other?
Kakania is hyped because she is comfy (kinda like 6). She can buff any team's ATK while also providing sustain and dealing a good amount of genesis DMG. Tuesday works with Jess, but with the current roster and the limit of 3 or 4 characters in the party, there are better options.
Objective meaning: A luxury pull is any powerful character that isn’t a must-pull to break past the high points of the game, typically Red SSS. Luxury character cannot function alone and (usually) require a good team to work best. A luxury pull would be any character you would pull for if you’re aiming for absurd numbers, which isn’t the aim for some players and nor is a necessity, hence it’s a luxury. Kakania, Argus, or Tuesday are all powerful characters, but you could still reach Red SSS without them and clear end-game content, making them luxury pulls. Lucy, on the other hand, is a must-pull.
Mercuria not being in the S+ is just so wrong, i know the fact that she isnt very reliable without portraits but 20% cc, 30% crit damage, around 20% dmg buff and sometimes 20% incantation might is just too much too sleep on, portraits just make her way stronger and she have some heal, dispel and a good amount of damage. She is at the same level as Tooth Fairy if you don’t want to use her skills, when used she goes up to vila buff level.
Mercuria in S to S+ are u high or some? Im pretty sure u didnt know how her kit works and shes not consistent Buffer either but a Super AP Hungry one. Not recommend having her in my lineup but shes good additional lineup for Mental team.
She's very AP hungry, especially in 3-man content. That's part of the reason Necro is a rather unreliable support despite the 50% DMG bonus and (infinite as long as she's alive) revive buffs. 6 and Isolde far outshines Mercuria due to them being very AP-positive and being more universal; 6 can buff allies and debuff enemies just by existing, and Isolde makes everyone in the team an arsonist (and she also capitalizes off of it very well) just by existing, and they also do more damage per round than Mercuria all while staying relatively AP-positive. Also, saying that portrays make her way stronger is an invalid argument since this applies to pretty much every single Arcanist in the game, even low-rarity ones.

You missed something, her i3 only increase her own moxie +1 for two rank 3 incantation, mercuria need to spam her ult for the adjustment buff so that the allies can use rank 2 or more incantation for her cosmic energy to stack, especially bc it timed independently like windsong's measure. And you only get 2 cosmic energy from using rank 1 incantation, plus shes an AP hungry and is not really great in a 3-man combat + not a consistent buffer. Thats why shes bad at p0 and if you're not playing Marcus, its rlly hard to get a single rank 3 incantation let alone two. Shes usable enough at p1.
You do realize Lucy needs ramp up as well right? Not only that but she needs her ultimate triumph over other DPS and even if she has all these things if she is in a single target situation then she isn't even top 5 DPS.

Kakania will be the last meta unit until 2.2 with Anjo Nala. I personally would pull for her, she's very versatile and a great Tank Character. Joe is skipable, Mercuria can be tricky without P1 to make her a universal support. Tuesday is not a must pull, argus could be useful but isnt gamebreaking. Anjo Nala as Limited is (for me) a must and Works good with meta characters. Lopera i have to See but she introduces a new Mechanic with bullets, could be a good investment if R99 concentrates on that.
Go for Kakania for comfier runs. It's fine to skip DPSes as there are plenty of them anyway (you get to have the luxury of running any dps once you have the best supports). Top tier supports and sustains like Vila, TF, and Kakaina are a must pull tho.
Idc about tier lists.... I'm getting both the maids (Anjo and Tuesday) ik they are meta,but its coz i like their ult animations so much that I'm getting them I'll skip all the others except joe (coz I don't have too many Beast characters)

Kakania is hyped because she is comfy (kinda like 6). She can buff any team's ATK while also providing sustain and dealing a good amount of genesis DMG. Tuesday works with Jess, but with the current roster and the limit of 3 or 4 characters in the party, there are better options.

Objective meaning: A luxury pull is any powerful character that isn’t a must-pull to break past the high points of the game, typically Red SSS. Luxury character cannot function alone and (usually) require a good team to work best.
A luxury pull would be any character you would pull for if you’re aiming for absurd numbers, which isn’t the aim for some players and nor is a necessity, hence it’s a luxury.
Kakania, Argus, or Tuesday are all powerful characters, but you could still reach Red SSS without them and clear end-game content, making them luxury pulls. Lucy, on the other hand, is a must-pull.
At the end of the day, pull whoever you like!

Mercuria not being in the S+ is just so wrong, i know the fact that she isnt very reliable without portraits but 20% cc, 30% crit damage, around 20% dmg buff and sometimes 20% incantation might is just too much too sleep on, portraits just make her way stronger and she have some heal, dispel and a good amount of damage. She is at the same level as Tooth Fairy if you don’t want to use her skills, when used she goes up to vila buff level.
Mercuria in S to S+ are u high or some? Im pretty sure u didnt know how her kit works and shes not consistent Buffer either but a Super AP Hungry one. Not recommend having her in my lineup but shes good additional lineup for Mental team.
She's very AP hungry, especially in 3-man content. That's part of the reason Necro is a rather unreliable support despite the 50% DMG bonus and (infinite as long as she's alive) revive buffs. 6 and Isolde far outshines Mercuria due to them being very AP-positive and being more universal; 6 can buff allies and debuff enemies just by existing, and Isolde makes everyone in the team an arsonist (and she also capitalizes off of it very well) just by existing, and they also do more damage per round than Mercuria all while staying relatively AP-positive. Also, saying that portrays make her way stronger is an invalid argument since this applies to pretty much every single Arcanist in the game, even low-rarity ones.
While she might be decent with Marcus, she's not Kakania soooooooooooooo

she's a pretty good addition to someone's roster but she's not a first pick support in any type of content if you have other options

You missed something, her i3 only increase her own moxie +1 for two rank 3 incantation, mercuria need to spam her ult for the adjustment buff so that the allies can use rank 2 or more incantation for her cosmic energy to stack, especially bc it timed independently like windsong's measure. And you only get 2 cosmic energy from using rank 1 incantation, plus shes an AP hungry and is not really great in a 3-man combat + not a consistent buffer. Thats why shes bad at p0 and if you're not playing Marcus, its rlly hard to get a single rank 3 incantation let alone two. Shes usable enough at p1.
You do realize Lucy needs ramp up as well right? Not only that but she needs her ultimate triumph over other DPS and even if she has all these things if she is in a single target situation then she isn't even top 5 DPS.

I have both TF and Vila, and I just don't like Lucy at all for some reason, is it wise to pull for Kakania? Or should I just skip this version entirely? Please help 🙏🙏
Kakania will be the last meta unit until 2.2 with Anjo Nala. I personally would pull for her, she's very versatile and a great Tank Character. Joe is skipable, Mercuria can be tricky without P1 to make her a universal support. Tuesday is not a must pull, argus could be useful but isnt gamebreaking. Anjo Nala as Limited is (for me) a must and Works good with meta characters. Lopera i have to See but she introduces a new Mechanic with bullets, could be a good investment if R99 concentrates on that.
Go for Kakania for comfier runs. It's fine to skip DPSes as there are plenty of them anyway (you get to have the luxury of running any dps once you have the best supports). Top tier supports and sustains like Vila, TF, and Kakaina are a must pull tho.
