- I'm visiting the Santa Maria Novella boutique in Sydney, Australia and being accompanied by my good friend Michael Marzano from Libertine Parfumerie.

I'm celebrating that return to Italy in a couple of weeks and wanted to pamper myself with some skin care for the flight plus a new perfume to commemorate the 'RETURN TO TRAVEL!'

Supposedly Sydney had been miserable for the past 10 days and on the 2 days we were there decided to turn on the sunshine like nothing else (all the locals were couldn’t stop telling us how beautiful the weather was for our shoot🤩)….Sydney knew that we were coming to town😎

As always, well done. I enjoyed the "Greek chorus" approach here as you didn't specifically act as a host this time around, but remained peripheral to the main event. Good job man. And top all of this off with a mark of the beast mode subscriber base of 666k. It is truly a red letter day in Sydney!
I’m so appreciative that you’re conscious of the changes that I’m trying to do on the channel and the desire to test different formats and see what resonates with an audience.
I didn’t realize that I was making a ‘Greek Chorus’ (in truth mate, I had to look that up as I didn’t know the context to that saying) but yes, that was the intention….and I feel that it worked (I recognize that I’m not doing anything that hasn’t been done before by others, but I’ve never done it before and therefore not sure if I can pull it off)
And yes, I mentioned the subscriber number to my wife this morning….interesting number to have 😈😮

Trying out different formats to see what does and doesn't resonate with viewers is why your subscriber base is steadily growing. That's care and respect and THAT resonates with people. Many reviewers are so far up their own posterior they can't see the light for the fragrant trees. Keep shaking up the box. Gallantly yielding the floor to your guests is classy.
Haha, I love how Michael just goes to work at the Santa Maria Novella boutique (he doesn't work there right?). He's really an expert on everything fragrance and body.
If you need to know anything about perfume...Michael is your guy. And yes, you're right in saying that he doesn't 'work' at the store but it's incredible that no matter what I asked him, he had the right answer for💫 (all of this was unscripted, I said to him before we started, "I'm traveling soon and I need to get some stuff"....and we were off!)

Loved that you tested out some of the skin care. You will be traveling in style with their products. I went to the shop in Miami recently on vacation, but focused on the perfumes as I didn't have a lot of time. I have since purchased their soap and the Pot Pourri (crumbles, not fragrance)from a local shop that carries a few things. I retested the Pot Pourri scent which came in the sampler I purchased. Initially I didn't like it, but the dry down is really good. May have to get the 50 ml of that. In Miami I purchased Rosa Novella and Lana. Lana was the one I couldn't get my nose off of my wrist as I walked around the shopping center trying to decide. I want to go to Italy now!! My sales person in Miami said the deodorant is the amazing product which the USA won't allow in.
The short answer is that ‘yes’ I traveled in style with these beautiful products…the skincare is awesome.
It’s funny how Pot Purri actually grows on you. The opening is super spicy with that clove note but the dry down is pure magic.
And Lana is one in my collection and this is like being enveloped by a warm wool blanket…love it.

Nice work dude, I still remember my first experience with Santa Maria Novella in 2017, it was in their store in the Gangnam (yes that Gangnam) area of Seoul. You feel like you're in Italy as soon as you step inside. Hoping they open something like that here in Melbourne

EYE WISH EYE HAD A FINANCIER 2 TELL ME 2 SLOW DOWN LOL/GROOMING ONESELF & HYGIENE IZ JUST AZ IMPORTANT AZ FRAGRANCES/EYE USE A MOISTURIZER TWICE A DAY/IT COST A GRIP BUT ITZ WORTH THA INVESTMENT/DATZ A BEAUTIFUL BOUTIQUE/NICE SEEING U & MICHAEL CHOPPIN IT UP
In truth “my financier” is awesome; I have pretty good flexibility to play. But I’m also grateful that I do get the 🛑 sign every now and again, otherwise I would be living in a shoebox (or perfume box) because I would have spent all my money on fragrances!!

Smelling everything is also a survival instinct haha I have to smell everything new to my face like food or drink or whatever it may be just by my core instinct
I actually think people like you and I take it to another level. Not everyone I know, smells everything; actually I have some friends are almost oblivious to smells around them😂….I think that if “you’re into perfumes” then you’re into smells and yep, you end up smelling everything😎

@@TheNicheFragranceCollector buuuut, is it a European thing? I was brought up to smell everything and the strength of a bloodhound😂. Dean has the true blue “ what? I can’t smell anything” 🤣. Hence my hunt for a nice fragrance for him that “I” like. x x wifey Stani .

Hola Ricardo, great to hear from you my friend. I love the Santa Maria fragrances for the plane. Because they’re eau de cologne, they are lighter and perfect for traveling; but the quality on these fragrance are exceptional that you’ll get at least 4-5 hours (they don’t have huge sillage but this is a good thing)
Other options that I would recommend is Creed Aventus Cologne or Viking Cologne; both are fresh, citrus and vibrant but not overly punchy for a flight but these will now give you greater longevity (about 6-7 hours). And yes Michael is awesome, super knowledgeable and passionate about all things fragrance.

How and where can I order all those products?
Not sure what part of the world you’re in Juan, But most big cities actually have a Santa Maria novella store… If not then you could always jump on their website

Follow scientific evidence. Is it clinically proven?. If not it’s marketing, Not science. Just like fragrances, but the clones, just as good or better. Watch the video from Jeremy fragrance where he shows approximate prices for bottles, sprayers, packaging and the fragrance itself. And as for naturals, these are mainly put in now to make it harder to copy fragrance.
