Delete the alpha texture on the ground to fix this invisible grass issue and close backface option, also don't use HDRIs instead use dynamic sky they are way better and doesn't take a lot of time plus its customizable. Btw how did u find these models?
Thnx for the advice... really new at blender so any advice is good. Also alot of assists are on Roblox Studio just export them as OBJ and then in Blender switch tri to quad and fix it up alittle
