I am facing an issue while upgrading Checkpoint cloudguard AWS MGMT firewall from R80.30 to R81.10. Lost the connection between AWS to CP MGMT server, policy package not installing. Do you have any idea about it.

If ping works, might want to check if SMS is trying to establish connection to GW on port 18.xxx
