So how much do you usually pay? Do you get good deals, auctions or is it expensive to get high yield equipment and boards

Copper nitrate is deep blue. When a nitric acid leach of such parts is green, suspect another precious metal. The only other precious metal that dissolves in nitric acid and makes a green solution when mixed with copper nitrate is palladium. Did you test the resulting solution with stannous chloride. The gold powder looked very dirty. Did you refine the resulting gold powder before melting and weighing?

Nickel is in question and that is why the solution is green. It just seems that the lump is less caratase, but it is still close to the whole.

otherwise you are completely right when you can suspect palladium. I used to suspect that a long time ago. The palladium test was done, the test was negative ...

maybe you should have done a second refine? , that looked pretty dirty to me

Thanks for watching. There is no need because I will merge that lump into one big lump and then I will pay attention to its appearance

It’s really annoying when you don’t show the starting material before you’ve already torn it apart! It would be nice for viewers to know what to look out for? There are hundreds of kinds of potentiometers and not that many types have gold inside, at least the ones we get on this side of the world.

I completely understand you. But I very rarely buy complete devices. Other people already collect plates for me. I buy those plates and then process them. So I got these plates. I would show which device it is if I knew myself. I turned my attention again to what these potentiometers carry

Have you thought about speaking at all? Even though youre german youtube has subs for translation. Just a thought. Always interesting to high yield material. Do you have a email? Unsure if you responded last time

I agree. I’d rather hear talking also, even if it’s a language I don’t understand. Plus the music is terrible.

Wow, gold looks dirty, but yield is amazing. Nice.
