I remember my great grandpa singing this song to me in Spain and how he would walk with me on the beach and tell me how he would fly around the world in his plane and telling me that someday he will fly even higher i didn't know what that meant at the time but I replied saying "can I fly with you?" Then he said " someday" and 2 years later he did what he said. I was extremely close to my great grandpa i miss and love him so much I was crying while writing this comment. I love you great grandpa Ro 💖💖💖💕💕💕 Edit: thank you all for the lovely and supporting comments 💕💖
That was very touching.. but... ..cmon... ..don’t... ruin...reputation on not crying.... ...I didn’t cry, but I feel empathy. I remember when my dog passed. I bet it felt as painful as your loss. But yeah, that sentence was very touching.
this song was played at our mother's funeral/memorial, i haven't stopped crying. i miss her so much. she selected this song, not because it was fitting for her departure, but because she wanted our family to have a positive outlook on our life. even if we are without her, she might still be with us in spirit. this song has so many meanings and is true art. There are so many ways this song could be interpreted, and it makes me happy that this song was selected. and no, i'm not perfect when it comes to any sort of acceptance and this advice might be complete and utter rubbish to some, but to others this could unlock so many emotions that could have been locked away, acceptance is realizing that nothing is truly perfect. throughout life you must accept that there will be hardships, nothing is bound to come easy, and that you must accept yourself and the others around you before seeing true beauty. now, sometimes accepting certain things will be much harder than others, but acceptance is basically saying to yourself "man, things could be better, but they could be so much worse." and seeing the raw truth about beauty, it's not always the prettiest, but it's important to think positively on.
Your mother was absolutely right, this song is a reflection of the fact that life should be cherished. I'm sorry that you lost your mother, but you can be sure she is now safe in the memory of god. But do you know that god gives you the possibility that you can see your mother again here on earth. Jesus the son of god said in John 5:28 ...you shouldn't be surprised, because the time will come when all, who are in the graves will hear gods voice and will come out. The bible speaks from resurrections that will take place in future here on earth, for example Revelations 21:3-5 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” Also he says: “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” If you are interested I can recommend you an really hopegiving article with the theme "good news from god" and I wish you all the best for your future Michel www.jw.org/en/library/books/good-news-from-god/what-hope-for-the-dead/

Austin Carter one day I really want to sit looking at nature with someone special to me and hold that memory for the rest of my life because most likely decades later I’ll never be able to appreciate the beauty of this world again.
This is A Wonderful World and I, the returned Christ (& Albert Einstein reincarnated), am going to save Mother Earth, humanity, and animal life. See 7seals.blogspot.com - that's triggered The Apocalypse/Revelation. COVID-19 was added to Seal #4: S=19 (18.6) Theory.
I already heard this song before in the 60's, but I did not gave it importance. Until one day I listened it an old 45 vinyl and became nostalgic of the true meaning of it. I am now of my prime age at 70 and nearing to left this world. Really, what a wonderful world.
Look what he left behind, a treasured legacy and blessing that we can listen to as much as we want because it truly is a wonderful world, oh yeah!!!!!!
This really does put life into perspective, here's me getting upset and down about small things when we should all be thankful for being here and always be kind to people. RIP Louis Armstrong
And look at the Sun as it grows in size. It engulf everything. Everyone runs and screams for their life, but you don’t do anything. You just sit there, knowing you’ll be part of a much more wonderful world in a couple minutes…

I love you great grandpa Ro 💖💖💖💕💕💕
Edit: thank you all for the lovely and supporting comments 💕💖

This made me cry internally
this song was played at our mother's funeral/memorial, i haven't stopped crying. i miss her so much.
she selected this song, not because it was fitting for her departure, but because she wanted our family to have a positive outlook on our life. even if we are without her, she might still be with us in spirit. this song has so many meanings and is true art.
Aw man I feel so sad for you I hope you feel better I know its hard going through losing loved one ❤❤❤💗💗💗💗💗🤗🤗
I am making all things new.” Also he says: “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” If you are interested I can recommend you an really hopegiving article with the theme "good news from god" and I wish you all the best for your future Michel www.jw.org/en/library/books/good-news-from-god/what-hope-for-the-dead/

thats a couplet! Ogden Nash writes them
@@katelyn9926 whats a couplet?
@@hastinae.8166 basically it's a term that's mostly used in poetry which means that two (= couple --> couplet) verses/lines end in a rhyme. in this case it's ''grow'' and ''know''. hope it helped! ^^
