He did an interview at one point where he talked about quitting alcohol because he didn't like the person it made him and didn't like the way it made him feel. Eugene also quit drinking alcohol if I am not mistaken... He did an interview where he talked about it and basically said he doesn't like the person he is when he is drinking... Apparently he doesn't think he's the nicest person when he's been ripping a bottle of booze and I can see it because the dude is pretty blunt and straightforward and not a lot of bullshit normally
@neilpatrickhairless there are quite a few videos out there of them when they did that and it looked very typical to me. I did touring with bands for a little more than six years. It never not causes a problem in that environment. Good for them for getting a handle on it Their friendships and family mean more to them then the alcohol.
