Why this channel isn't bigger is beyond me. I have a handful of people that I support, Mr Carlson's lab, Blondie hacks, and now here. It's the combination of tone, quality of content and, frankly, heart.
Very nice idea Leo, and great implementation. I'm not really a flower guy, but I think you might be onto something here (from a commercial perspective...)
was looking for stirling engines a few days ago, today was recommended your channel. subscribed. this video made me want to share this idea i drew yesterday: how about stirling flowers? with chains of rods that bring heat from an external source, even like a volcano... and water cooling 'petals and lotuses' that house internal electricity generating pistons and pipes... which -slowly- move and brush...
Incredibly beautiful! I love how meticulous you are with your work. Let me ask you something. I’m no robotics engineer. But how would you make it look like a synthetic vine is creeping or growing?
I admire you and the quality content you post Leo. Just discovered your channel and I'm confident that it'll help me on my electronics journey. Saludos
as always, you are an inspiration for me (an aspiring R&D roboticist/electromechanical engineer) I wanted to ask, could you please describe how you make those bent sheet metal parts? Would make a really cool video!!
Think you could show how you decided on the lighting solution for each one. I seen the ring of smd leds which was cool. I like you am a sucker for art, clocks, finding ways to make leds not cheesy and avoiding microcontrollers unless to control a motor.
this is such a cool project! if you were using a higher powered LED perhaps you could use the waste heat to actuate the flower petals using a shape memory alloy like nitinol?
Great video and beautiful flower.. the motion appears to be very smooth. I've been searching for a flower like yours for my Tiki project. Would you be willing to share or sell your STL file so I can try it myself?
Thank you so much! This video helped me a lot with a project I'm working on. If you are willing to share the STL file for the flower mechanism would be a blessing :)
How about a wax actuator like in washing mashines? Should be enough and needs Not more than a Heat source and some wax. Or get the finished part as they are manufactured in the billions.

Wow, awesome collaboration. Really like that rack and pinion design. Great work!
This is so awesome! Your description is so well put together it makes it really easy to understand. Thank you so much for sharing.
I know why this channel isn't spreading yet: no clickbaits.

Oh wow! What a beautiful design!

Cool! Hope you find a manufacturer that want this in their arsenal!

Another very nice project ! Thanks for taking the time to share it
Great Design.

These were made by a Chinese sheet metal vendor. There is a sequence in "When Robots Attack" that goes into home brew sheet metal parts.
This is great, fascinated and beautiful. I love you ❣️;)
Great idea! Beautiful project.
Amazing work and thank you so much for sharing
Wow, this is sooo beautiful!

Many thanks for your video. Very nice!
Beautiful! Can't wait to see it. I've been studying origami lately and picking up leaves on the ground for inspiration. Thanks for sharing!
Loved the beautiful concept
Awesome videos keep them coming.
Are you selling these by chance? I love your design.
For those of us that would like to buy these where can we find them please?
Did you ever find them I can't find any in the states
I love it. A worm drive might be simpler than the rack and pinion. This way you wouldn't need to convert rotary motion into linear motion.
That's a nice idea!
Fabulous!

This is an amazing channel 😮
nice work and i love it. Is it possible to get the measurements of the flower design?
Magical! Well done, Leo. What a cool idea! :)
Beautiful, Beautiful

Can I buy these?
Super cool!
I want to by this but unfortunately I am from Bangladesh, how to make this machine please share with us
HELLO HOW ARE YOU ? IT IS POSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD THE STL FILE FOR 3D PRINTING
Will you public STL files?
Thank you so much! This video helped me a lot with a project I'm working on. If you are willing to share the STL file for the flower mechanism would be a blessing :)
can you public STL files of this?
How do you do your pcbs??
Awesome!
thanks !!
3d design how to do sir
please share you 3d printed
Hello Leo. I really enjoy your videos and would advise you to post a few ones more per month.
I'm sure there are a lot of things you can share.
Awesome

That's a nice idea- a bit unpredictable as far as the angle, as long as you just want full, complete cycles- it's a grand idea- thank you!
영알못 과알못이지만 아름답다!
Wow this could help with bees or low key spy 🎥
Hope you make it big enough to earn proper money from doing this. Your content is gold and you deserve every cent.
Awesome!
