"Daoodoo", The Apricot soup with noodles, is a traditional recipe of Gilgit Baltistan. Made with wheat flour, hand made noodles in dried apricot soup, the dish is a centuries old recipe of natural ingredients.
Sahib Numa, a 95 year old Grandma ( Sahib Numa Late who departed before the release of video) with her daughter in law, cooks the recipe and Ikram Najmi, a well known journalist of GB, narrates the story of traditions in the valley.
