Nice video mate. Just bought one those pump bags. Another tip is to use masking tape over the cut to prevent chipping.
Most impressive part was seeing all those used flat head screws going straight in with an impact without the bit jumping out & smashing into the doorframe!😅

I make it a mission every time I get chance to throw flat head screws in the bin. We've moved on, the world doesn't need those crappy things anymore 😂
Why do you need to mark where the lowest point is if you take 12 mm off the full bottom off the door anyway?
Because he’s a plasterer first and foremost….
I think just to ensure the opening are level at either side from floor to door, rather then cutting straight off the doors original length
It's still a straight cut from the lowest part and works out in-between 12mm
Great video. Need more of these for a novice like me 😊
Glad it was helpful!
Cheers for this. Really helpful video.
What id you dont have a circular saw and dont habe a garden or anything? Lol will a door plane work just slower? Only need to knock down 1cm
Nice one mate 👍
Thanks pal!
Brilliant video buddy! Looking forward to more of your other vids outside of plastering
Thank you mate - really appreciate it!
Good method for a cut, bad method for pulling a door, use the hinge pins dude
can you do a vid on FD30 doors
I still use my 5-in-1 under a door to put it back 😂. Just a habit from when I was a painter.
Any way to adjust the hinges instead of a full cut?
Then you'd have a problem with needing some taking off the top of the door.
Why didn't you just pop the hinge pins out ?????
Most hinges in the UK don't have loose pins, it was probably habit
He sounds like Shawn malone from Goggle box.
Are you a joiner now
Impact driver with flat head screws = noooooooo 😳😳😳
Damn, you have nice eyes matey
