I stopped training Martial Arts long ago.. but now that they announced that F2F classes are going back, I'm somehow kinda excited so I'm training again to use it as an extension skills for my sports like "Badminton" my profession sport or I mean main sport.. well since I am already experienced, I could easily get what Master Song means by slow down and etc.. good thing there are some bamboos leftover here, I could use it to make this staff.. I'll use my 'chucks as a reference and try to modify it a li'l bit.
