The only thing would be the fuel consumption and the tanks, and the height to the steering and population from the ground! The seat of the driver is in the middle and this provides a better overview of the situation in front 👍🏼

Wow i admired this machine but 40 km/h is like you are driving a tractor with comfort in any obstacle,this machine is not build for highways,it is build for terrains and swamps.
4.8 tons. 44mph/70kmh top speed- geared very low. HP doesn't really matter for a vehicle like this. Torque is what it needs, 250ftlbs is plenty for it's gearing ratio. It's like pedaling a bicycle slowly in the lowest gears, -it takes very little force(torque) compared to pedaling slowly in higher gears. In remote expeditions/patrols, the limiting factor is fuel, which is why it has a minimalist engine
whats the reason the speed is limited to 40mph with a 3 litre engine? They use an iveco engine and the vans this 3.0 engine goes into also have a version of the van with a 6-speed semi-automatic gearbox aswell as a 8-speed ZF 8HP automatic gearbox it would be nice if they added a 8-speed ZF 8HP automatic gearbox to this engine in this vehicle, Maybe upon ordering such a request could be made and implemented? How is it that 176 hp engine moves 5 tons safely in adverse condtions and bumpy roads? A leisure convertible bmw 325 Ci has 182 hp and weighs barely over a ton.
I want one but 8 wheels is more that can break...you need each set independent so if the front axel breaks you still have the second set as back up... your welcome...
What a fine time not to be able to afford such a vehicle, especially an extended travelers version complete with refrigerator, sink, restroom, mini-shower, custom bed (sealing drop down or wall fold down) etc...

So, let's see how it can handle rock crawling and swamps and its amphibious capabilities. Lets see it handle fallen trees and deep sand. It does a good job on flat snow and a little trail that goes uphill. But so does my Cadillac Escalade All Wheel Drive.

It's not self-driving. And in wtf situation would the driver get suddenly injured, and you would need to keep driving while thworing him off the seat???

The engine is pretty weak (176hp and 350Nm torque) for a 5+ ton vehicle.
It has low gearing. Old heavier trucks had less power.
