It's big, it's loud, it's unique, has great materials and excellent workmanship, and it's also completely not my style...lol! But each to his own of course, and for anyone who does like this style most probably a must have and I can definitely see why. Thanks for sharing!
Whoa that is one futuristic looking knife.
I just got an alpha in January and I got satin handles and red shred carbon fiber stone wash blade, I love that knife it’s not my most practical purchase but I dig it
I love ADV knives Andre is such a great guy and his designs are out of this world! 😎
That is a very cool knife. Thanks for the video. I just found out about this brand and I like it.
Looks badass man. Just got his new Tanto2. He actually sold me the proto. Really impressed with the quality and action. Just as you said probably not the best to cut with all day.
I really enjoy his designs. Great video 👍
Thanks!
Great knife. I have 2 Alphas from Andre de Villiers. One has a pretty weak detend and one has a very strong detend. So I experienced some differences from knife to knife but always worth it for me. Also stronger than expected from a Button Lock
Awesome knife look pretty bad ass I’m just not a button lock fan, but yes you can get some amazing custom knives out of South Africa for very reasonable prices.
Sick blade⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️. Pretty awesome!!!!
I love his Knives, I ordered a Pit Boss 2, It's worth the 3 month's wait !
Is the pit boss 2 still available for order?
@@illbefrank910 No ,but I was told it would bein production in three months 2 months ago! I even forget what I ordered< I think it was the Pit Boss ! I Like a large knife with a large blade! That's why I like Andre's knives they are built for Men!
ONE!
Wow what an incredible find right there bro 😎 I’m sure all these pocket hog lovers are going to eat this one up.
If that's not CNC, then he's a god amongst men
I live in Chicago. 100% cannot carry that lol. Can you suggest/review a knife with that handle, but with a blade of 4" or less. I do want that for my collection though.
Check out 5x5 combat solutions. They carry a really nice line of knives just for folks who live in Chicago. 🤙🏻
There is one adv does called the mini pit boss. It’s a bit smaller. I’m not sure of the knife laws in Chicago but the blade shape is a bit better for edc and it has the same handle just sized down
@@TripleEEDC You, basically, can't carry any practical knife. 2.5" blade length, no assisted opening, and law enforcement can assume your intent/reason for carrying a pocket knife.
Oh man that sucks. Do you want a recommendation under 4” for the blade or under 2.5? I can help with any size
@@TripleEEDC 2.5" the 4" is state law, so if I leave Chicago I carry a 4"
Not the fan of the recurve but the knife is cool.
Regarding the Spyderco opening hole, the patent expired so it's free to use.
It’s not a patent and it’s not free to use. They actually trademarked it instead of patenting it so that it wouldn’t expire. That’s why Spyderco puts holes in their fixed blades - because it’s a trademark and they would lose use of it as a trademark if they didn’t.
A smaller version would be awesome
They have one called the mini pitboss which is the same but with a different blade shape
@@TripleEEDC after leaving this comment I ordered a mini one :D
Any chance you can list the details of this specific knife?
Such as color of handle and type of blade etc.
I want to get a knife just like this one
Real knives have (re)curves! 😂
