    Sir aap ka har episode adbhut hota hai. Aaj ye episode bhi behad achha tha. Sare log jo aaj iss episode me dikhe sare log achhe the. N sabse jyada muze vo lady jo agricultural officer thi vo achhi lagi , n vo lady jo khane ka documentation kar rhi thi. Kitni open society hai. Sari ladies hardworking hai n sari ladies behatareen host hai.lekin ye bat bhi hai, Jin logo ka guest aap ke jaisa jolly person ho, ve to achhe host by default ho hi jayenge

    Amazing, simple and just natural from Mother Earth. Minus all the 'Natak' of the modern and 'wanna do' western cooking. I really want to retire near some simple living like this.

    • @SatrupaSharma
      @SatrupaSharma 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This comment not only reveals your deep classist and elitist prejudice against the common people of the "western" cultures, which basically is a catch all term that encompasses all urban cultures today, and your exotic fetishization of people in the east, but it also shows how embarrassingly ignorant you are about human life and human condition in general.
      The average cook in the west is not at all different from these people. These people aren't any more enlightened than the people in the west. Both of them are doing the best that they can with the ingredients, the tools and the time than they can afford. These cultures aren't any more insular than the young people on tik tok who have picked up speech patterns, behaviours or cultural values from people that they watched growing up and from their peers, thus arriving at a general internet culture that you've tried to denigrate.

    • @SatrupaSharma
      @SatrupaSharma 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Surprise, surprise, such changes are abundant and normal. They have happened in your oh so traditional cultures, too. A lot of their stereotypically "traditional" traits are pretty recent developments and the way they live today has not been static. What you are seeing is just a contemporary snapshot along their evolutionary timeline. Their languages, food habits, cultural behaviours, lifestyles, social values have also always been evolving, the same as societies in other places have. The common person in these communities, in their own kitchen, is just as happy to break tradition and experiment with food in whatever way that appeals to them, as people in the urban world are.
      The reason that you can identify these patterns in your own standard global urban culture but can't recognise that the same things are happening in these communities, is the same reason that you can't make out the words in a new language or can't easily distinguish between people from a less familiar ethnicity. Hence, it would be more respectful and fair to everyone if, being cognizant of your own ignorance, you could remember that, even though, you may not understand these cultures intimately, they are still humans who are not that different from the "Natak" baaz modern people that you know. They are not some special magical aliens who somehow have manifested a perfect way of living, but your "modern" neighbour who enjoys their "wanna do" western cooking is an unfortunate lesser being for not living exactly the way these people live. Please do something about the severe dunning-krueger effect that you seem to suffering from before setting out to judge western cultures as inferior in comparison to anyone else.

    Fermented khaana is always acidic... don't know how people eat ..that too in cold regions...where it is not good to intake acidic food...

    • @SatrupaSharma
      @SatrupaSharma 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Because, regardless of what your obsolete Ayurveda, Unani, TCM or any other folk theories might tell you, that is not how animal biology works. Acidic foods don't cause your body temperature to drop.
      In fact, any food that you eat will automatically become acidic once it reaches your stomach. And, you can only survive on a very narrow band of pH, so your body has a very robust system of buffering your blood pH. If your blood pH was ever deviating outside of that highly regulated pH zone because of eating something "acidic" or "basic", you'd have been long dead by now. In fact, you probably wouldn't even have been born.
      Regulating internal pH is such a fundamental, such a primordial function on the tree of life, that it is absolutely hilarious that there are still people worried that an animal as complex as a human won't be able to maintain its homeostasis against its surroundings when even little microorganisms can. Science is your best friend. Go read a bit more about how thermal regulation works in animals and then, you'll never have to worry about enjoying nimbu paani and buttermilk during winters.
