Is it wrong to admit that I've lost track of how many times I've listened to all 3 Project Aegis songs, and am now a growing fan of the main projects of all musicians involved? As a musician and Christian, I get so many chills by the music and lyrics of Matt Smith, and these songs (which I was introduced to shortly after becoming a fan of Theocracy), have gotten me into the prog rock/prog metal genre. I'd love to see all artists/bands involved in a full Project Aegis album!!!!

The vast majority of churches only collect enough money for operating costs and make very little extra. That's not considered "profit". That's why it takes special funding for expansion and programs. Im a big fan of her too ! This song was where I first heard her sing.. Couldn't believe I had never heard of her before.. she has such an incredible voice ! Theres a video on youtube of her live (with soulspell I think) doing a cover of Aces High by Iron Maiden... There are multiple singers and Daísa is not present on stage in the beginning and only appears when its her turn to sing.. OMG does she nails it... I mean the other singers are very good too.. but as she enters her voice sounds so powerfull and much louder and really got that Bruce Dickinson intonation and all.. A must if you want to be once again blown away by her and thought you had heard it all :P
I'm a huge fan of Matt and Theocracy, I've heard pretty much everything he's done and I've NEVER heard him scream the way he did beginning at 2:28... WOW. I hope there's more of that type of scream on the new album. They need to do a full Project Aegis album sometime. This song went full Avantasia (not a bad thing), both in the rock opera concept and in the sound itself. To have an Avantasia-like metal opera project with funds going to charity would be absolutely amazing.
