- On the weekend just past the Mazfix crew attended Powercruise Powerplay event at Queensland Raceway for the first time. Archie and Johnno got to steer a few passengers around in the bridgeport turbo 1000 ute. As usual we were camera'd up and here's the footage, plenty of cars in action all onboard the Mazda 1000.

Gear changes were 3 seconds per shift.
Looks like a fun car to drive side the ve haha smashed heap of the cars out everyone havin a blast
cheers mate, we used a sony hd handicam for most of the day, a go pro3 on the roof, and then a cheap canon when the sony died lol...
It just made over 500hp on the dyno on the high boost setting, but we ran it a lot of the time on low boost on the day.

That chev is 1920kg's plus 4 other fella's, runs low boost with no intercooler and has a little LS1 v8. I thought it was handicapped already?? cool ute thought.

A 13b 1300cc capacity is read of one rotor, being a twin rotor its capacity would be 2600cc just incase u didnt know

Mcmullan2042 you are wrong a 13b is 1308cc then u times it by 1.8 to put it in a class to run in then times it again by 1.7 if turbo but at the end of the day it's still 1308cc. It's lithe same as how the run 250cc 2stroles with 450cc 4strokes

shifting way to early most of the time. should be shifting at a faster rpm. since i bet uve got a huge turbo on that thing. half the time u go to take off then shift. as its building boost then it drops an u have to build it again an the people ur racing are just speeding away..
