I must admit I am VERY impressed with this set. The angled building is very interesting, and the whole feel of an old fashioned hotell is spot on. But the details, from the floor tiling, the stair designs, the toilet roll holder, the wall fountain, the roof fence, the lamps - it is absolutely exquisite! Best modular in the bunch, I must say.
Im also impressed with this set because of how expensive it is

Es fasziniert mich jedesmal, egal ob ich selber baue oder jemanden dabei zusehe, wenn aus einem haufen Steine etwas entsteht. Etwas wachsen zu sehen und dabei zu erkennen was es wird, hat was. Wenn man fertig ist, erfreut man sich am Ergebnis und ist gleichzeitig ein bisschen betrübt, dass es vorbei ist. 🙂

I LOVE THIS LEGO
I've built a few Technic models from time to time (8258 - Truck with Power Swivel Crane, 8110 - Unimog U400) , but the modular buildings have really brought me out of the dark ages.
I think it is the best modular building if comparing with police station and book shop. It looks very nice even without other sets of this seria.
The Modular Building Sets are the best what you can get from LEGO for your money in relation to detail and realism today. 👍😍

I’m getting this for Christmas
One thing that always bothers me about the lego company making sets for hotels is that they always have a small amount of rooms for the customers considering that hotels in general have a lot of rooms, but I get that there are many limitations at play.

I really want to like the boutique hotel but I feel like this one is brought down the most from having to share floor space with another building. I would’ve preferred a larger hotel building than having multiple buildings

The funniest thing is that in a hotel there is only 1 bathroom and in the suite? I've seen this in other buildings. There are buildings that don't even have a bathroom.

Not a nice set for what it costs. I don't like this American style type of building. Also it's too small. The colours are nice though, I wish Lego made more building-adapted parts in these colours, like the masonry brick
