I'm surprised you have only received a few comments. I think your video was very well done and mechanically very thorough. I can appreciate the time you spent making it. I will be putting one in a 67 Chevelle when it arrives.
Thanks for the video my friend.. I have a question.. I did my ls swap on a c10 I just install my vintage air.. my question is the water pump has 2 nipples one a smaller one bigger which Nipple goes in to the heater control valve the small or bigger Nipple .. thank you for your time. Sorry to bother
I believe you'd put the heater valve on the smaller hose. That should be the outlet from the engine and the larger one should be the coolant returning to the engine.
I don't remember (and the car is in storage right now) I measured and got an approximate length and then went to the parts store and got the size I thought I needed and then 1 smaller and 1 bigger.

I think part of the problem is I'm not real entertaining. But it's kind of fun making videos, though a lot of work.
Is the firewall plate using the existing bolts from the old unit?

How many total hours did it take to install this ?

What OE application is the upper radiator hose from?
I'm pretty sure that's an early truck (99 to 06) upper hose. The engine is a 2001 6.0...so probably just told the parts store that's what I had
spare us the "music" ???
