Versailles was the real deal(RIP Jasmine You). These guys...I don't know...It's one thing to be involved with similar style, but to try to duplicate; bad taste and direction. I'd still listen to this band, though only if they changed their style to their own and not pretend to be another band.
These guys are into the rococo style too. It's not like they're trying to copy Versailles. :< I like the two bands, though I feel bad that Versailles gone on a hiatus and Jupiter sounds nothing like how they used to. Misaruka kind of reminds me of how they were before and it makes me feel happy that there's still a band that does rococo. :D
Rui's lace gloves look like Hizaki's xD They do seem like Versailles. But they're good too you know. I'm happy that there are more Rococo-style bands. There should be more Rococo-style bands. ^_^ Rococo is beautiful~
I see Japanese record labels are getting in on the "If one's good, more are better!" mentality. This what killed heavy metal, and will undoubtedly kill Visual Kei. These guys have skill! I hope they stop wasting it being a Versailles parody! On an unrelated note, why do these bands always feature White, blonde ladies in their videos? Are Japanese women not good enough for them? Freakin' "west-aboos" the lot of them.

PsychGoth i remember like 5 years ago thats what everyone was saying that there are too much female foreigners in visual kei PVs, they were saying that its because when you hire them, you dont have to pay taxes. it reminds me of this law in my country where foreigners dont have to pay annual taxes if they buy a car. maybe its something like that? so i dunno LOL if this is true. But I agree with you tho! They are so underrated because they look like a Versailles parody!

This is a good band and a look doesn't made a band good or bad, I that were the case then half of the visual kei bands from the 80's and 90's wouldn't be good. If two bands look alike, so what? Misaruka, musically, is different from Versailles (Not as different as D, but still different) so in general the comparisons are invalid if it's based purely off a look. Basically, saying that Misaruka is a parody of Versailles because they look alike, is like saying that Luna Sea's Sugizo is a bad guitarist because he looked like X-Japan's Hide. (In visual kei days)
This is my first time hearing them and wow…the vocalist caught me waaaay off guard. Usually bands like this have deeper vocalists and he sounds like he should be in an oshare kei band. He sounds almost like Mitsu from v[NEU]. But I think they're good (even if they look like Versailles).
if they didnt try to copy Versailles this could be cool and ppl would look at this with different eyes . This is a band trying to look another band . So this sucks just for that .

When it comes to them ripping off Versailles; remember this, Versailles formed in the year 2008. Misaruka formed in the year 2004 under the name La neige, and in 2008 changed their name to Misaruka.
The sad story of a skilled guitarist and a lamentable Versailles parody band. I don't mind if they were the first, they are just laughable! When Kamijo whirls in his costume and makes these gesticulations it looks cool! But when this singer do that, it simply looks awful. The voice doesn't fit the style, the costumes wannabe similar, but aren't as good. The music also not as good, the violin is harsh and despite the guitar solo the whole is very average. This band just disgust me. Jupiter could do it with Zin, Misaruka not.

I hate comparing people but it is like a young Versailles, which is great, Versailles are my favourite band, so anything else similar is perfect!
