it's nice while it works. Have you tried to unplug the power cord for a few hours then reconnect the power cord. Does it re-connect for you because it doesn't on mine anymore? And while looking at the manual there no mention about who to connect if you have a technical issue or even for warranty issues.

Having the AC receptacles all oriented that way and so close together is a problem if trying to control random adapter-connected devices. A lot of the older ones are at 90 degrees from the receptacle axis so as to not block the second half of a duplex receptacle,

I got it set up and connected thanks to the video. Alexa turns the smart switches on & off but the lamps that are plugged into them don't turn off and on. What's the problem??
Amanda I did actually, I held the power button down until it started doing the blinking like the instructions s said. The red light doesnt mean there is an error or anything. Mine works fantastic now.

try updating the device's firmware. in the Jinvoo app, select the device, the settings are the 3 dots. Check FW. After it updates, delete from Alexa and rediscover.

Aww sorry to hear. One of the sockets on my unit stopped working but the others work fine.
Hi there do you notice the plug goes off like every 20 hours or so . Then you have to press the button to turn it back on
can you use the google assistant on your phone? or do you have to use a google home device?

Ok I found out you have to name each plugin for them to work independently also make sure you put name of plug on your Alexa app

make sure your network is 2.4, and spell the password exactly. that worked for me when it seemed like something was wrong.
