One skids, the other one steers. I thing the Teletruk has a higher lift capacity and is more stable. Teletruck is better at loading/unloading jobs with pallet forks and other jobs that require higher precision, while the Teleskid is a tougher machine better suited for dirt moving and off road work.
These have been out for a little while now, and although they claim a lifting capacity of 1,374 lbs at full boom extension, I'm betting it tips pretty easily at that limit. Take that same pallet they show being off loaded from the truck and attempt to pick it with the boom fully extended and I bet the skid steer tips. Every skid loader will be more prone to tip over when the loader arm is raised ... and the higher you go the more unstable it becomes. So I don't really see the boom arm as an advantage for picking pallets, etc. But there are some nice advantages which they don't bother to show off, such as being able to extend the boom out when back-dragging. This would give the operator much better visibility (in terms of being able to see the backside of the bucket). I do like the side entry door, as it makes it possible to get out of the loader with the arm raised ... something you cannot do in most other loaders. It looks like a well made machine, but it's priced very high in comparison to other brands.
What kind of bushing does the telescoping arm ride on?

Bare in mind the teletruck is a more 'industrial' machine, this is aimed at agricultural/construction work.

The further out the boom is out, the harder it would be to hold a grade.
