I believe both teams have similar amount of conflict, but the brown team has periodic intervention-meetings led by the coach, while the green team coach doesn’t do it as much, or not at all. I don’t do cheer but I was in boot camp with 49 other girls, and it was to say the least D I F F I C U L T if we didn’t have weekly meetings where we transparently aired out our differences, led by our team leader. Meanwhile, other competing teams would have differences air out during formation practice, while our team was professional outside. We acted like a well-oiled machine whereas others weren’t, due to lack of understanding each other.

I never forget the time I went to a mostly black but middle class high school in the county and we went into the inner city for a competition and they told us to bring our battle cheers.. needless to say they were the brown team and we were the team…sitting in the BLEACHERS 🤣 they was like “y’all wanna go battle?” And we was like “nah we good” lol embarrassing

No, they just didn't practice or prepare enough as a team or with a coach. It's not the girl's fault, it's the coach's fault for not training them correctly. They also didn't have a very confident or fully assigned/designated cheer captain that could attempt to lead them.

I'm mad till this day I didn't actively find the cheer couch when I hit high school I grew up doing cheer in elementary but stopped cause I lots confidence after getting heavily bullied up till high school. I should've stayed cause it was my life at the time.

The green team didn't know what to do, they didn't have an exact position and that's wrong, they started early in short... the green team didn't practice enough to do it perfectly, on the contrary the brown team did excellent, I had confidence, coordination and they were distracting us, there you can see the effort they had, the practice they had is noticeable and I congratulate you for that a 20/10 to the Brown team very well and a 1/10 to the Green team 🤗

It’s just that they had like twice as many girls on their squad as the green team and it was harder to see their inconsistencies bc there were too many to look at lol. The green team honestly was JUST as loud even though they had half the girls.
