I never really looked @ it as fasting is really a gift from God to us! I looked @ it more of a sacrifice. Abstaining from food & time in prayer. I think I’ll look @ fasting differently now. We fast for direction , for wisdom and the list goes on. When we look @ fasting as a gift it really takes on a different meaning. What an honor to spend time in his presence. Wow ! That really is a Revelation! Thank you for that word !
