They first pretend to have been mistreated badly from the former boss then they will see if you have empathy and the moment you react woiyee why>?? you will have given her the green lights to blackmail you.

I don't keep any who starts with bad mouthing her former boss because they will never say what day did to be treated like that. n by the way I don't buy those stories. I have returned several of them the next day after playing victims of former bosses.
