If im the buyer and put down earnest money but my lender adds to the original mortgage abd loan can i get my earnest money back?
@@crizvee7247 you would probably need to try and find a different lender your earnest money is promising you will make the purchase if the lender doesn’t move fwd with the loan then you will get it back but I don’t think they will allow you to back out with earnest money because the loan estimate was higher than you want
I am trying to wire the funds to the escrow. I got the bank details on the email. Since email frauds are on rise, what precautions should I take? Should I wire a little amount first and confirm from the closing attorney if they received it and then wire the bigger amount later?

I’m in escrow right now and the seller is working on fixing lots of issues on the house and also some termite damage they promised to fix as well and we only have 1 week left of escrow. I’m glad I watched this video I’ll be making sure I read loan docs and all those charges carefully!

I love watching your videos even though I'm in Canada and your talking about the USA. You explain things very well. I've been looking for videos on pros and cons on buying a new build home vs. Lived in home, also ready to move in new home vs. New homes not build yet. And would like to hear you talk about the difference between free hold town house, regular town house, regular house I think that's called detached house, and condos. There are Pros and cons for all. I assume that a new free hold town house that has not been build yet is the most cost effective purchase when looking to save money and avoid extra fees.

Think of escrow like you’re dating the house. You’re not married to it yet. You need to do your due diligence before you put a ring on it.

Yep totally agree. It’s almost like this your agent doesn’t find you shit your calling her or him saying I found this and I found that can u make an appointment ect. Then you finally get the offer. Excepted after 50 try’s 😢. They don’t get back to you till they need shit. Your clueless and u don’t even know if your getting ripped off.

the house but aren't sure to do this before the
appraisal as we may end up having to pay more
for the house. Should we wait to do the home
remodeling after the appraisal?
Wow! I am a new Real Estate agent but everything is very strict with Escrow, my Broker is super professional and we are not allowed to add charges like that, everything is in writing and previously discussed with my clients. Your story sounds so crazy, very sad to hear that!

Hey Javier one thing that happened to me was at title in 2010 they asked me to sign for like 15 to 20 names that supposedly were associate it to me I didn’t want to but they made me, The only thing I recall right at that time that I seen these names come up would be when I would get some advertisement in the mail with my name slightly off by a letter a word or the whole name should I have not signed?

Are escrow account limited to home purchase and if not what are over areas of purchase does it extend to.
I am ahead of schedule it's been 6 days and I did earnest same day offer was accepted nd inspections were done 2 days ago and submitted same day. We have til June 10 to close.. there is tenants living there. So I will own my house and thenats will still be there they want to move June 30🙃 I feel so weird about this. Is this common?

Last week I received an email that they want to change escrow to put the money in a diferent escrow so I signed again since last Thursday, when they received the money to the new escrow they should email me that the money is new escrow, right?

If the appraisal is 10k below the selling price! offer the seller that they Pay all closing cost -you will paying $10,000 upfront to lower their selling price to the appraised price! Also make sure to have an escape clause to get your Ernest money back incase the seller wont negotiation

It is suggested to get quotes from a broker, credit union (if you belong to one) and a retail bank. Then, go to with the offer that's best for you.

If there happen to be something "Weird" in the papers you are signing, what happens? Do you stop everything or just red line it ?
Red line it and come back to it, that’s IF they don’t fix it up to your original agreement on the spot. And if they don’t fix it, then say cya later fuckers
I’m looking to buy a home and just got my offer accepted. My wife and I signed the executed contract. I believe attorney review starts two days from now. But we’ve realized this isn’t a property we want based on some local comparisons and some tactics the seller attempted during the negotiations. Can we seamlessly walk away from the deal? We haven’t sent any money in yet.

My wife and I just started the escrow process. There are four times you can get out of escrow: counter offer, inspection, appraisal, and before 21 days of escrow opening. So yes, you can get out within 21 days. After 21 days, you lose your deposit
Can you get a refund from escrow?
So I'm in the last week of escrow and we deposited about 5 thousand dollars a few days before putting an offer. We were told the cash can not be used but yet we have proof of having withdrawn 20 thousand back in march. Would they deny my loan due to that?

I know this was a video one year old. But I felt the market you are in is so different from the housing market I am in. Housing market is very local. Many of the things mentioned here do not apply.
what things don't apply? True markets are different, but things like escrow are ubiquitous.
what would happen if you put in at 60k and got accepted and then during escrow it gets appraised at 90k ? I am sorry if this is confusing
Sale is at 60k. However seller may breach contract since its 50% higher appraisal according to your example
Automatic equity of 30k. A deal.
If closing costs are 2 to 3 % how come on a 230,000 home closing cost are 13-15,000

y'all are selling unrealistic expectations! Everything is only what the individual has decided it is....Money is only used as something of value because people are brainwashed into believing it has any value at all! lol...buyers expect a perfect (how they want it) house and sellers want the most return! lol... meanwhile realtors, inspectors, brokers, escrow, originators...all get paid for doing very little actual work, no risk, minimum stress, for huge returns soooo they're winning!
