@@crizvee7247 you would probably need to try and find a different lender your earnest money is promising you will make the purchase if the lender doesn’t move fwd with the loan then you will get it back but I don’t think they will allow you to back out with earnest money because the loan estimate was higher than you want

And would like to hear you talk about the difference between free hold town house, regular town house, regular house I think that's called detached house, and condos. There are Pros and cons for all. I assume that a new free hold town house that has not been build yet is the most cost effective purchase when looking to save money and avoid extra fees.

Hey Javier one thing that happened to me was at title in 2010 they asked me to sign for like 15 to 20 names that supposedly were associate it to me I didn’t want to but they made me, The only thing I recall right at that time that I seen these names come up would be when I would get some advertisement in the mail with my name slightly off by a letter a word or the whole name should I have not signed?

If the appraisal is 10k below the selling price! offer the seller that they Pay all closing cost -you will paying $10,000 upfront to lower their selling price to the appraised price! Also make sure to have an escape clause to get your Ernest money back incase the seller wont negotiation

My wife and I just started the escrow process. There are four times you can get out of escrow: counter offer, inspection, appraisal, and before 21 days of escrow opening. So yes, you can get out within 21 days. After 21 days, you lose your deposit

y'all are selling unrealistic expectations! Everything is only what the individual has decided it is....Money is only used as something of value because people are brainwashed into believing it has any value at all! lol...buyers expect a perfect (how they want it) house and sellers want the most return! lol... meanwhile realtors, inspectors, brokers, escrow, originators...all get paid for doing very little actual work, no risk, minimum stress, for huge returns soooo they're winning!

Think of escrow like you’re dating the house. You’re not married to it yet. You need to do your due diligence before you put a ring on it.

what would happen if you put in at 60k and got accepted and then during escrow it gets appraised at 90k ? I am sorry if this is confusing
Sale is at 60k. However seller may breach contract since its 50% higher appraisal according to your example
